Eating healthy and balanced meals is one of the keys to good health. But there’s another important key which is often forgotten by us. That is having those meals at the right time.
Understanding the science behind meal timing can have a huge influence on your health. More research is showing that correct mealtime might help people lose weight and reduce risks of disease. According to the experts, “It’ s about the when, rather than the what.” Incorrect mealtimes can be against all the advantages of your healthy diet.
In addition, each of us needs a given amount of energy each day. This energy is produced from the grains, proteins, and fats that we take in. When we fail to eat adequately through the day (for example, only one or two meals), it can be challenging to meet our energy needs.
There are different ways to have a meal plan that makes you feel your best. The list below may be a good place to start.
●6:00-9:45 a. m. Break your fast. This window is the perfect time to have breakfast. Think of a breakfast that includes healthy fat and protein like eggs, cheese, or plant seeds and so on.
●10:00-11:00 a. m. Snack it up. Given breakfast has now been a few hours ago and lunch still feels light years away. Having something light but tasty is wonderful. Pick an apple or some pine nuts (坚果). The high-fiber and high-protein snack is helpful to stop you from feeling hungry.
●1:00 p. m. Lunch Break. Work and study tasks can make you have lunch later or even forget it. But waiting until later in the afternoon or evening could lead to eating too much and making less healthy choices. Research supports eating an earlier lunch.
●3:00 - 4:00 p. m. Snack again. As with your morning snack, a high-fiber and high-protein snack is a good choice.
●6:30 p. m. Dinnertime. Research supports having dinner at 6-7 p. m. Eating an earlier dinner and getting away from late night (10 p. m. and after) meal can help you sleep better. A dinner that is high in fiber and low in fat can help you fall asleep faster and increase your time in dreamland.

Literature (文学) is more than just a school subject; it’s a gate to different worlds, ideas, and feelings. For teenagers, reading literature offers many advantages that help develop our thinking and personal growth.
Literature helps us understand life better. Stories, novels and poems let us experience different cultures, histories, and points of view. Through literature, we learn about the lives of people in other places, whether it’s a Chinese classic (经典) or a famous Western novel. These books also teach us about human emotions — love, sadness, anger and joy. By seeing how characters deal with these feelings, we learn how to deal with them ourselves.
Besides understanding life, literature also improves our language skills. Reading a lot of books introduces us to new words and phrases, which makes us better at expressing our thoughts and ideas. The more we read, the more we pick up different ways to speak and write. This helps us not only in school, but also in everyday communication.
Another great thing about literature is how it encourages us to think deeply. For example, when we read, we might wonder why a character makes a certain choice or what the story really means. This helps us think carefully about situations and solve problems. These skills are useful in many parts of life, from school to making personal decisions.
Literature also has the power to encourage. Many great stories are filled with characters who face challenges, overcome difficulties and follow their dreams. By reading about these characters, we are reminded of our own powers and the importance of never giving up.
Literature is much more than just reading for school. It helps us understand the world, express ourselves better, think more deeply, and find encouragement to live our lives with courage and hope.

46.(s)olve 47.(r)elaxed 48.(d)oubted 49.(t)rust 50.(d)ecision
根据上文“When Sima Yi’s army arrived, they saw the open gates and empty streets. Only a few old soldiers were working as cleaners. Sima Yi’s army couldn’t believe their eyes.”
根据上文“But Sima Yi thought it was a trick, because Zhuge Liang had never taken any unsure plans.”
根据下文“Zhuge Liang saved the whole city.”
Alice beautiful flowers in the forest when she heard a strange noise.
【答案】 was looking for
【详解】分析句子可知,设空处缺“正在寻找”,“寻找”的英语表达为“look for”,结合“when she heard a strange noise.” 故填was;looking;for。
it was a bit scary, she exploring.
Though/Although went/kept on
用于句首,首字母大写;“继续”的英语表达是“go on”或“keep on”,根据“it was a bit scary,”可知,此句话为一般过去时,动词要用过去式。故填Though/Although;went/kept;on。
Suddenly, she saw a fox running after a wild rabbit but the rabbit didn’t know from it.
【答案】 how to get away
故填how;to;get;away。
The fox by Alice in time. The rabbit was safe and hopped away happily.
【答案】 was stopped
主语The fox与stop之间是被动关系,所以拥被动语态,结合“The rabbit was safe and hopped away happily.” 主语是The fox,所以用was,后跟stopped。故填was;stopped。
“ the adventure is!” Alice thought.
How interesting
故填How;interesting。
