Zhang Jian is a policeman in our city. His main duties are to keep people safe and help people in trouble.
During festivals, Zhang Jian is much busier than usual. He has to work all day and has little time to stay with his family. Sometimes he even works without a break to help people who need him.
I think Zhang Jian is a very great person. His hard work shines brighter than fireworks, and we should thank people like him for their dedication.
Li Na is a nurse in a big hospital. Her job is to look after patients and help doctors with their work every day.
Festivals are always busy for Li Na. During the Spring Festival, she is much busier than usual. She has to stand by all the time and can’t go home to have family meals with her parents. She often misses her family, but she never gives up her work because she wants to help sick people get better soon.
In my eyes, Li Na is a kind and brave person. Her duty makes our festivals safer and happier. I think her hard work is more beautiful than any festival fireworks, and I’m very thankful to nurses like her.
