Activity one

Step 1 Think and say

1.   T: Can you retell cartoon ?Look !They can help you!Go!

学习要求：1.根据思维导图和所给句型复述课文；2.说给学伴听。

【设计意图】 以思维导图和支架的形式复述课文，激发了学生的探索欲，充分调动学生的学习积极性，增强课堂参与感。为后续理解课文，讨论“There be”句型做好学习铺垫。

 

Step 2 .Look and describe

学习要求：1.观察课本Page8-9的图片；2.用所给句型学伴互说。

Model:Look!There is a mouse.The mouse is weak.

Step 3.Read and choose

T:Good job!Read the story two times,then answer the question.

【设计意图】通过阅读和选择的形式，帮助学生理解文本内容，培养学生带着问题阅读的能力，在阅读进和思考的过程中在文中找出问题的关键的句子，提升阅读能力。

Activity Two

Step 4 Read circle and correct

T:We can find the answer from Picture2. Let’s follow it. “back” means “背部”，can you touch your back? Look ! The lion is angry. Why is he angry?

T: “hole”means..., “net”means..., let’s follow it. Try to imitate. You two please. One is the mouse, the other is the lion.
