It is the year 2050. The dream of enjoying holidays in space has come true. Do you want to become a space traveller? Here, some middle school students share their ideas.
I would love to go to space. From there, I can enjoy the beauty of the earth. I want to know what it's like to live without gravity(重力). Maybe it will be fun to play golf in space. -- Klaudia, Spain |
It can be dangerous to travel to space. What will happen if I get lost? Besides, I’m afraid of heights. When you look down upon the earth from a spaceship, it can be very scary. -- Emily, the US |

I'd love to! We learned about the space in science class last week. It will be great to see all kinds of wonderful things that you can’t see on the earth. -- Zainab, South Africa |

The most basic and powerful way to connect(沟通) with another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our full attention.
When people are talking, just listen to what they’re saying. Care about it. Most of the time caring about it is even more important than understanding it. It has taken me a long time to believe in the power of saying and meaning “I’m so sorry” when someone is sad.
One of my friends told me that when she tried to tell her story, people often broke in to tell her that something similar happened to them even when she didn’t finish her words. For some reason, her sadness became a story about them. In the end, she stopped talking to most people. We connect through listening. When we break into what someone is saying
