(二)考点提醒 1. 当名词前有 many/much/few/little(表数量)修饰时,只能用 so,不能用 such。 例:There are so many poor people that we need to set up more charities. 2. only +状语/状语从句 置于句首(部分倒装) 核心规则: only 修饰副词、介词短语或状语从句并置于句首时,主句需用部分倒装 (助动词/情态动词提到主语前),从句不倒装。 修饰成分 例句 还原句 修饰副词 Only then did he realize the importance of keeping promises. It is + adj. + for sb. to do 描述事物的性质、特点:important, necessary, difficult 等 It’s necessary for us to take responsibility for our actions. 记忆技巧:用 “人” 作主语,能和形容词构成系表结构的,用 of;不能的,用 for。 例:You are kind. → It’s kind of you...(√) We are necessary. → It’s necessary for us...(×) 核心语法—动词不定式精讲 动词不定式的基本形式是 to + 动词原形 否定形式为 not to + 动词原形,它具有名词、形容词和副词的特征,在句中可作多种成分。 一、 不定式的句法功能 (1)作主语 To help others is a great virtue.(= It is a great virtue to help others.) 常用 it 作形式主语,避免句子头重脚轻 (2)作宾语 She wants to volunteer at the charity center. 常接在 want, hope, decide, plan, refuse 等动词后 (3)作宾语补足语 We encourage students to be honest. 常接在 encourage, ask, tell, want, allow 等动词后 (4)作定语 He is the first person to arrive at the meeting. 不定式作定语需后置,修饰前面的名词 (5)作状语 She went to the hospital to visit her sick teacher. 表目的,可转换为 in order to do 二、不定式的特殊用法:省略to的情况 1. 在使役动词和感官动词后作宾补时,不定式需省略 to,但变为被动语态时,to 必须还原。 (1)使役动词(make/let/have) The teacher made him apologize for his mistake. He was made to apologize for his mistake by the teacher. (2)感官动词(see/watch/hear/notice) I saw her help the old man cross the road. She was seen to help the old man cross the road. 2.不定式的重要考点:时态和语态 (1)一般式(to do) 表动作与主句动作同时/之后发生 She hopes to join the volunteer team. (2)被动式(to be done) 表不定式动作与逻辑主语是被动关系 The book is to be donated to the children in need.
