Lead-in
The teacher begins the class with fast reading the sentences in part of Grammar Focus on purpose to lead out the challenges usually happening in class. Then the teacher leads more students to talk about their learning challenges freely.
Ways and Solutions
The teacher helps students think about the ways and solutions by showing some pictures, leading students to complete the sentences with “by+doing”
Observation
Students try to summarize the structure by observing the sentences carefully .Then finish the activity 4a.
Reading and Listening
Students can learn more about the grammar “by+doing”by reading and listening the passage as a more example.
Grammar Rules
Students make a summary by finishing the teaching activities above.
