AI应用诊断与改进措施
本课将AI朗读评价、智能体对话、数字人视频、手绘视频等技术融入教学各环节,展现了AI技术与教学创新的深度融合意识。然而,在应用深度上,部分环节仍停留在“技术展示”或“单向辅助”层面,未能充分激发AI的全面性和深层交互性。以下将对四大环节进行具体诊断并提出改进方案。
一、 AI朗读实时评价:从“模糊”到“精准”
• 问题诊断:
反馈模糊化: 评价维度(正确、流利、有感情)和反馈语言(如“Try to put more feeling”)相对而言属于“总结性评价”。学生仅知所得的星级评价,不知具体哪个词句、哪个音素存在问题,缺乏可操作的、诊断性的改进指导。AI扮演的是“裁判”而非“教练”角色,未能根据评价结果引导学生进行针对性复练与形成性评价,学习过程未能形成有效的“评价-反馈-改进”闭环。
• 改进措施:
1. 提供“显微镜”式诊断反馈: 在呈现星级评分的同时,AI应提供更精细化的反馈和纠错指导。
▪ 细化反馈: 生成学生语音与标准发音的对比图,让语音问题“看得见”。
▪ 纠错指导: 将反馈具体到词句,如:“请注意单词‘show’中元音/əʊ/的发音”,使得“Speak Correctly”更加具体化。
2. 尝试设计“AI朗读教练”模式: 建立练习—指导—再练习的循环机制。学生收到初次评价后,AI可针对其薄弱环节,提供短句进行模仿跟读,并对二次练习给予针对性反馈,实现个性化的精准辅导。
二、 AI生成数字人视频:从“信息呈现”到“动态生成”
• 问题诊断:
功能单一化,缺乏生成性:
课堂教学中视频的主要作用是信息呈现和情境导入,AI生成内容与学生之间没有互动,未能深度参与学生的意义建构过程。 并且视频是课前预制好的,其内容无法根据课堂中学生即时的反应和讨论动态生成或调整,无法应对课堂的生成性需求,技术的灵活性优势未能体现。
• 改进措施:
尝试寻找并探索“基于回答的动态生成”的AI工具: 当学生小组讨论“Why do they have the horse library?”并给出初步答案后,教师可将有代表性的答案(如“Because the place is far away.”)输入系统,AI实时生成一个简短的数字人解说或图文卡片,对该观点进行可视化补充(如生成一张偏远地区的地图),使视频内容成为学生思维的延伸和印证,实现“以学定教”。
总结与思考:在挑战中突破,于调整中提升
在本节课的备课与教学实践中,我经历了诸多挑战,尤其是在问题设置、AI 融合和语篇处理这三⽅⾯。
备课初期,问题设置是⼀⼤难题。我原本希望通过问题引导学⽣深度思考,却未能充分考虑学⽣的知识基础和思维能⼒。例如在课⽂的问题上,起初我设置的问题过于复杂,学⽣很难快速找到关键信息,很容易影响课堂节奏。在求助团队的⽼师后,她建议我重新规划问题,从简单直观的问题⼊⼿,引导学⽣逐步深⼊思考。同时,设置追问环节,根据学⽣的回答进⼀步提问,推动学⽣的思维层层递进。这种调整使得课堂互动更加顺畅,学⽣的参与度明显提⾼。
在课上,我让学⽣创设 AI 智能体对话来讨论借书流程,这个环节学⽣很感兴趣,参与度很⾼。通过和“AI 智能体”对话,他们能更主动地思考借书的流程,还能锻炼语⾔表达能⼒。但我也发现,有些学⽣太依赖设定好的对话范例,⾃⼰创新的部分⽐较少。未来的课堂中重点关注并引导学⽣在参考范例的基础上,多加⼊⾃⼰的想法,⿎励他们⼤胆发挥想象,把 AI 智能体对话作为拓展思维的⼯具,⽽不是限制⾃⼰的框架,这样才能更好地培养学生们的思维能⼒。
在处理语篇时,挑战也不少。原本我设计通过直接讲解来传递关键信息,可在试课时发现,这样的⽅式太过枯燥,学⽣参与度很低。⽐如在处理马背上的图书馆这篇短⽂时,最开始还是采⽤传统的知识讲解⽅式,以多个问题去剖析语篇,但在和团队的⽼师沟通后,我意识到这个内容更多的是让学⽣了解不同类型的图书馆,⽽不像是做阅读题。于是,我⽴刻做出调整,采⽤提问引导和⼩组讨论相结合的⽅式。抛出 “为什么有些地⽅需要马背上的图书馆?” 这样的问题,让学⽣分组讨论,激发他们的思考。
这次教学经历让我明⽩,教学是⼀个动态调整的过程。在未来的教学中,我也将继续探索更科学的问题设置⽅法,选择更契合学⽣需求的真实语篇,合理地运⽤ AI 技术,助⼒学⽣在英语学习中不断进步。做到每节课都关注学生,关注学生的学习,让学生的学习真正发生。如果没有学生之间自然的“对话课堂”,就如褚宏启教授所言:人工智能可能具备了聪明的脑,但不具备温暖的心!
