英语阅读理解技巧指导

Unit 2 主题：家庭与家务

第一步：技巧讲解

         寻读与略读 (Scanning & Skimming)

       寻读 (Scanning)：像雷达一样快速“扫描”文本，寻找特定信息（如：日期、名字、数字、关键词）。你的眼睛不读每个词，而是在页面上跳跃。

       略读 (Skimming)：像鸟瞰一样快速“掠过”文本，抓住主要意思（如：段落大意、文章结构、作者态度）。你读的是关键部分。

         为什么要掌握这项技巧？

       中考必备：阅读理解限时，必须快速定位。

       信息时代核心能力：处理大量信息的筛选能力。

       针对性阅读：不是所有内容都需要精读，学会区别对待。

第二步：实战演练

训练一：寻读训练——精准定位

训练目标：

在60秒内，从一段文字中准确找出所有特定信息（数字、专有名词、特定动词）。

训练材料：家务分工邮件

限时：60秒

Dear Family,

Here's our plan for Saturday, December 10th. We need to prepare for Aunt Lucy's visit on Sunday.

Dad: Please buy groceries from the supermarket. We need 2 bags of rice, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 3 tomatoes, and 1 chicken. Also, could you pick up the cake from Sweet Bakery on Main Street? It should be ready by 3:00 PM.

Mum: You're in charge of cleaning. Please sweep all the floors (living room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms). Also, wash the windows. We have a special window cleaner in the storage room.

Emma (age 14): Your job is to organize. Sort the books in the living room into 2 boxes: one for fiction, one for non-fiction. Then, pack up the winter clothes we don't need now. Put them in the blue boxes under my bed.

Tom (age 10): You have outdoor tasks. Water all the plants in the garden (there are 12 pots). Then, feed Goldie the dog at 5:00 PM. Don't forget her special food—it's in the green container.

训练目标：

在90秒内，快速把握3段短文的主旨大意和作者态度。

总限时：150秒（每篇50秒）

Many people think a "smart home" means having the latest technology. But for my family, a smart home is about understanding each other's needs without words. My father knows I study best in complete silence, so he wears headphones when watching TV in the evening. My mother notices when I'm worried about a test and makes my favorite soup. I know my parents work hard, so I make tea for them when they come home tired. Our home isn't filled with robots or voice assistants, but it's smart because we pay attention to each other.
