英语阅读理解技巧指导

第一步：技巧讲解

         预测与激活背景知识 (Predict & Activate Prior Knowledge)

在阅读文章之前，根据标题、图片、关键词或第一句话，对文章内容进行“有根据的猜测”。同时，调动你大脑中已有的相关知识，帮助你更快理解文章。

         为什么要这样做？

像侦探一样阅读：让你带着问题和好奇心开始阅读。

提高理解速度：激活大脑相关知识网络，让新信息更容易“安家”。

抓住重点：帮助你在阅读时区分重要信息和次要细节。

         怎么做？

三分钟预测法：

看标题/图片 (30秒) → “这篇文章大概会讲什么？”

扫读首段和结尾句 (1分钟) → “作者的观点是什么？”

看问题题干（不看选项） (1.5分钟) → “我需要关注什么信息？”

第二步：实战演练

演练文章：

标题： The Unexpected Camping Trip

首段： Last summer, my family planned a perfect beach vacation in Hainan. We booked flights and a hotel by the sea. But two days before we were supposed to leave, a strong typhoon changed all our plans.

Last summer, my family planned a perfect beach vacation in Hainan. We booked flights and a

hotel by the sea. But two days before we were supposed to leave, a strong typhoon changed all our plans. All flights to Hainan were canceled.

My dad didn’t want us to waste the holiday time. “Let’s go camping instead!” he suggested. At first, my sister and I were disappointed. No beach? No swimming? But we helped pack the tent, sleeping bags, and a small stove.

We drove to a national park about two hours away. The first night, it rained a little and I missed my comfortable bed. But on the second day, the sun came out. We hiked to a beautiful waterfall, cooked noodles on our little stove, and at night, we sat around a campfire, telling stories and looking at millions of stars.

I realized something important. We didn’t get the holiday we wanted, but we got the holiday we needed—a chance to be together without phones or TVs, talking and laughing in nature. Sometimes, the best experiences are the ones you don’t plan.
