For a moment, he seems to hang in the air. Then, he pushes the ball down through the basket — a slam dunk (扣篮)! His career may look like a slam dunk, being a national champion at the University of Connecticut, and setting beginner records with the Toronto Raptors. However, life wasn’t always easy for him. His success comes not only from his basketball skills but also from how he dealt with a skin disease called alopecia areata (斑秃), which isn’t infectious. It happens when the body’s immune system goes wrong and attacks its own hair-growing cells. Charlie was affected at age 10 and lost all his hair by age 12. This made him a target for bullying (欺凌), leading him to shut away from others and hide under caps and hoods. With the support of his mother, Charlie found refuge in basketball. He turned his depression and stress into motivation, improving his skills to the point where his gift became more important than his condition. The bullying stopped, and his basketball career took off. All along the way, Charlie has continuously applied himself to helping others. Ever since his first year as a new player, he has served as a spokesperson for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation, and went on to set up the Charlie Villanueva Foundation, an organization aimed at supporting families with children suffering from alopecia and stopping all forms of bullying. As the son of immigrants from the Dominican Republic, he has even worked towards ending poverty in that country. Charlie encourages young people to accept their individuality and have confidence in themselves. “We’re all unique in our own ways,” he says, encouraging them to remember that with dedication and self-belief, any dream is within reach. 24.Why is Charlie’s slam dunk mentioned in Paragraph 1? A.To compare him with other champions. B.To explain how a slam dunk is performed. C.To highlight his skills and achievements. D.To show a specific moment in a game. 25.What made Charlie avoid his classmates? A.An infectious skin disease. B.His being made fun of. C.An error in the immune system. D.His average ability to play basketball. 26.Which of the following best describes Charlie? A.Strong-willed and helpful. B.Strict and responsible. C.Warm-hearted and humorous. D.Independent and creative. 27.What message does the author want to express in the text? A.Luck often comes to those who are ready. B.Actions speak louder than words. C.A thousand -mile journey begins with the first step. D.What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. 【答案】24.C 25.B 26.A 27.D 【导语】这是一篇记叙文。本文主要讲述了篮球运动员查理·维兰纽瓦的成长经历,他克服脱发症和欺凌,通过篮球获得成功,并致力于帮助他人和反对欺凌。 24.推理判断题。由文章第一段中“Crowded by defenders, Charlie Villanueva, one hand lifting the ball high, jump toward the basket. For a moment, he seems to hang in the air. Then, he pushes the ball down through the basket — a slam dunk (扣篮)! His career may look like a slam dunk, being a national champion at the University of Connecticut, and setting beginner records with the Toronto Raptors. (被防守队员团团围住时,查理·维兰纽瓦单手将球高举,纵身跳向篮筐。那一刻,他仿佛悬停在空中。随后,他将球向下扣入篮筐——一记精彩的扣篮!他的职业生涯堪称顺风顺水:不仅在康涅狄格大学赢得全国冠军,还在多伦多猛龙队创下新秀纪录)”可知,提到他的扣篮是为了突出他的技能和成就。故选C。 25.细节理解题。由文章第二段中“Charlie was affected at age 10 and lost all his hair by age 12. This made him a target for bullying(欺凌), leading him to shut away from others and hide under caps and hoods. (查理10岁时患上了这种病,12岁便已头发全秃。这让他成为了欺凌的目标,致使他不愿与人交往,总是戴着帽子或连帽衫遮遮掩掩)”可知,被嘲笑使他避免与同龄人接触。故选B。 26.推理判断题。由文章第三段中“With the support of his mother, Charlie found refuge in basketball. He turned his depression and stress into motivation, improving his skills to the point where his gift became more important than his condition. The bullying stopped, and his basketball career took off. (在母亲的支持下,查理在篮球中找到了心灵的慰藉。他将抑郁与压力转化为动力,不断精进球技,最终让自身的天赋盖过了身体的缺憾。欺凌从此销声匿迹,他的篮球生涯也一举腾飞)”可知,他有坚强的意志。由文章第四段中“All along the way, Charlie has continuously applied himself to helping others. Ever since his first year as a new player, he has served as a spokesperson for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation, and went on to set up the Charlie Villanueva Foundation, an organization aimed at supporting families with children suffering from alopecia and stopping all forms of bullying.(一路走来,查理始终致力于帮助他人。自新秀赛季第一年起,他便担任美国国家斑秃基金会的形象大使,随后还成立了查理・维兰纽瓦基金会,该组织旨在为有斑秃患儿的家庭提供支持,并杜绝一切形式的欺凌行为)”可知,查理一直致力于帮助他人,这表明他是乐于助人的。因此,坚强意志和乐于助人最能描述查理。故选A。 27.推理判断题。通读全文,并结合文章第三段中“With the support of his mother, Charlie found refuge in basketball. He turned his depression and stress into motivation, improving his skills to the point where his gift became more important than his condition. The bullying stopped, and his basketball career took off. (在母亲的支持下,查理在篮球中找到了心灵的慰藉。他将抑郁与压力转化为动力,不断精进球技,最终让自身的天赋盖过了身体的缺憾。欺凌从此销声匿迹,他的篮球生涯也一举腾飞)”可知,查理虽然遭受了脱发症的困扰,但他凭借坚强的意志和乐于助人的品质,不仅在篮球上取得了成功,还积极帮助他人。这表明逆境使人更强大。故选D。 C If you want to become a fluent English speaker, you should take some advice: there are four skills in learning English. They are listening, speaking, reading and writing. The most important thing you must remember is that if you want to improve your speaking and writing skills, you should first gain the skills of reading and listening. Read as much as you can. But your reading must be active. It means that you must think about the meaning of the sentences, the meaning of the unfamiliar words, etc. There is no need for you to pay much attention to grammar or try to understand all the unfamiliar words you come across, but the fact you see them for the first time and recognize them whenever you see them, for example in other passages or books, is enough. It would be better to prepare yourself a notebook so you can write down the important words or sentences in it. As for listening, there are two choices: besides reading, you can listen every day for about 30 minutes. You can only pay attention to your reading and become skillful at your reading, then you can catch up on your listening. Since you have lots of inputs (输入) in your mind, you can easily guess what the speaker is going to say. This never means that you should not practice listening. For listening, you can listen to cartoons or some movies that are specially made for children. Their languages are easy. Or if you are good at listening, you can listen to VOA or BBC programs every day. Again the thing to remember is being active in listening and preferably taking some notes. If you follow these pieces of advice, your speaking and writing will improve automatically, and you can be sure that with a little effort they will become perfect. 28.According to the author, which should you improve first among the four skills? A.Reading and listening. B.Reading and writing. C.Writing and speaking. D.Speaking and listening. 29.To improve your reading, when you read, you should ________. A.look up all the new words in the dictionary. B.think about what you are reading actively. C.spend more time studying grammar. D.copy as many words and sentences as possible. 30.What does the underlined words “come across” in Paragraph 3 mean? A.Meet by accident. B.Wind up. C.Lose on purpose. D.Look for. 31.Which of the following may the author agree with? A.Everyone should listen to VOA or BBC programs every day. B.You needn’t practice listening if you keep in reading every day. C.Being good at reading is helpful in improving your listening. D.You should take notes of whatever you are hearing. 【答案】28.A 29.B 30.A 31.C 【导语】本文是一篇说明文。文章为想流利表达英语的人提供了建议,首先应掌握阅读和听力技能,然后口语和写作技能会自动提高。 28.细节理解题。根据第一段“The most important thing you must remember is that if you want to improve your speaking and writing skills, you should first gain the skills of reading and listening.(你必须牢记的最重要的一点是:如果你想提高自己的口语和写作能力,那么首先就应该掌握阅读和听力的技能)”可知,在四项技能中应该首先提高阅读和听力技能。故选A。 29.细节理解题。根据第二段“Read as much as you can. But your reading must be active. It means that you must think about the meaning of the sentences, the meaning of the unfamiliar words, etc.(尽可能多地阅读。但你的阅读必须是积极主动的。这意味着你必须思考句子的意思、不熟悉的单词的意思等等)”可知,为了提高阅读技能,阅读时应该积极地思考正在阅读的内容。故选B。 30.词句猜测题。根据划线词上文“There is no need for you to pay much attention to grammar or try to understand all the unfamiliar words(你无需过分关注语法,也无需试图去理解……所有生僻词汇)”以及后文“but the fact you see them for the first time and recognize them whenever you see them, for example in other passages or books, is enough.(但重要的是,你第一次见到他们时就能认出他们,而且无论何时再次见到他们(比如在其他篇章或书籍中),你都能认出他们,这就足够了)”可知,此处指阅读时意外遇见的生僻词汇,故划线词意思是“意外遇见”。故选A。 31.推理判断题。根据第四段中“You can only pay attention to your reading and become skillful at your reading, then you can catch up on your listening. Since you have lots of inputs (输入) in your mind, you can easily guess what the speaker is going to say.(你只需专注于阅读并提高阅读能力,这样你就能跟上听力的学习进度了。因为你的脑海中有很多信息输入,所以你能很容易地猜出说话者接下来会说什么)”可知,熟练地阅读,确保有大量的输入,可以提高听力技能。由此推知,作者会同意“善于阅读有助于提高你的听力”的观点。故选C。 D It is hardly surprising that rivers have been an important part of human history: They provide food, freshwater, and rich land for growing crops. While water is crucial to life, it can be a destructive force, too. When rivers flood, the effects can be destructive. Flooding is one of the most common types, and it is often fatal (灾难性的). While floods bring damage, they also bring nutrients and essential components for life. Seasonal floods can renew ecosystems, providing life-giving waters in more ways than one. Floods transport vital nutrients to the surrounding land. When the water flows away, it leaves nutrients behind on the floodplain. This rich, natural fertilizer improves soil quality and has a positive effect on plant growth, thus increasing productivity in the ecosystem. Ancient civilizations first started along the river mouths of seasonally flooded rivers, such as the Nile in Egypt, because they provided rich soil for farmlands. Floods can supply underground water sources. Floodwater goes into the ground, and then passed through beds of soil and rock, finally reaching underground aquifers (含水层). These aquifers supply clean freshwater to springs, wells, lakes, and rivers. Ecosystems rely heavily on groundwater during dry spells when it may be the only supply of freshwater available. A good supply of groundwater has a great impact on soil health and leads to more productive crop and pasture lands. Floods are a force of nature, and their results, both positive and negative, are strongly felt by affected ecosystems. Floods can be destructive to humans and the natural environment, but they also help to drive biodiversity and are essential to the functioning of many ecosystems. Whether you consider floods to be good or bad, one thing is for certain: The world would be a very different place without them. 32.Why does the author mention the role of water in paragraph 1? A.To show its importance in life. B.To lead in the topic of flooding. C.To present an argument about water. D.To describe the damaging force of nature. 33.What made the Nile one of ancient civilization birthplaces? A.The nutrients left in the water. B.The plant growth on the farmland. C.The groundwater sources in the ecosystem. D.The soil quality improved by fertilizer. 34.What can we imply from the text? A.Floods only bring damage to ecosystems. B.Floods are the main source of all groundwater. C.Floods provide freshwater directly to the rivers. D.Floods are important for underground water renewal. 35.Which of the following is the best title for the text? A.The Results of Floods on Agriculture B.The History of Flooding in Ecosystems C.Rivers: A Source of Natural Environment D.Floods: A Force for Destruction and Renewal 【答案】32.B 33.D 34.D 35.D 【导语】本文是一篇说明文。作者先指出洪水常被视为破坏力量,继而用“养分补给—土壤增肥—地下水回补”两条主线说明季节性洪水对生态系统和古代农业文明的积极意义,提出“洪水利弊并存,世界因之不同”的观点。 32.推理判断题。根据第一段“While water is crucial to life, it can be a destructive force, too.(尽管水对生命至关重要,它也可能成为可怕的力量)”可知,作者提及洪水的作用是引入洪水主题。故选B。 33.细节理解题。根据第二段“Ancient civilizations first started along the river mouths of seasonally flooded rivers, such as the Nile in Egypt, because they provided rich soil for farmlands.(古代文明最初发源于季节性泛滥河流的河口,例如埃及的尼罗河,因为这些河流为农田提供了肥沃的土壤)”可知,尼罗河成为文明发源地是因为洪水留下的天然肥料改善了土壤质量。故选D。 34.推理判断题。根据第三段“Floods can supply underground water sources. Floodwater goes into the ground, and then passed through beds of soil and rock, finally reaching underground aquifers (含水层). These aquifers supply clean freshwater to springs, wells, lakes, and rivers.(洪水能够补给地下水源。洪水渗入地下,随后流经土壤层与岩层,最终抵达地下含水层。这些含水层为水井、湖泊与河流提供清洁的淡水)”可知,洪水对地下水更新具有重要意义。故选D。 35.主旨大意题。根据第一段中“It is hardly surprising that rivers have been an important part of human history: They provide food, freshwater, and rich land for growing crops. While water is crucial to life, it can be a destructive force, too.(河流在人类历史中一直扮演重要角色,这并不令人惊讶:它们提供食物、淡水和肥沃的耕地。 A good after-school program can turn free after-school hours into productive learning time. 36 Here are four things a good after-school program can do for those kids. Learn social skills. 37 And with chances to interact (互动) freely, they are able to practice and experiment with social skills. They are allowed to fail and then learn from their mistakes. Provide learning support. Many after-school programs offer homework help. Homework can often cause unhappiness between kids with learning and attention problems and their parents. 38 Besides, personalized help from after-school program teachers allows students to learn a lesson they may have not understood during the day. 39 Some after-school programs offer classes in areas like science or computers. In these classes, there aren’t tests and students may work together in groups. For kids with learning and attention problems, these classes can be relaxing, fun and meaningful. Programs may also offer arts choices like painting and music, which can help kids find new interests. Build confidence. For kids with learning and attention problems, an after-school program may allow more room for mistakes than school does. The risks may not feel as high. 40 This, in turn, can lead to higher confidence. A.Encourage teamwork. B.Make learning more fun. C.As a result, they may feel freer to try new things and take more risks. D.Students have a chance to find out what they are good at. E.After-school programs provide students a chance to meet new people. F.That can be very helpful for kids with learning and attention problems. G.So getting it done during the program can make everyone’s evening more pleasant. 【答案】36.F 37.E 38.G 39.B 40.C 【导语】本文是一篇说明文。文章指出好的课后活动能帮助有学习或注意力问题的孩子提升社交能力、获得学习支持、享受有趣课程并建立自信心。 36.前文“A good after-school program can turn free after-school hours into productive learning time. (一个好的课后活动可以把课余时间变成有效的学习时间。)”指出课后活动大有作用,后文“Here are four things a good after-school program can do for those kids. (以下是一个好的课后活动可以为这些孩子做的四件事。)”引出课后活动对特定群体的孩子的具体好处,因此F项“That can be very helpful for kids with learning and attention problems. (这对有学习和注意力问题的孩子非常有帮助。)”符合语境,点明能从课后活动中受益的孩子群体,承前启后,其中的kids with learning and attention problems是后文those kids指代的对象。故选F。 37.后文“And with chances to interact (互动) freely, they are able to practice and experiment with social skills. They are allowed to fail and then learn from their mistakes. (有了自由互动的机会,他们就能练习和试验社交技能。他们被允许失败,然后从错误中学习。)”主要说明课后活动能培养学生的社交技能,让他们自由互动、练习社交技巧,因此E项“After-school programs provide students a chance to meet new people. (课后活动为学生提供了认识新的人的机会。)”符合语境,指出学生能认识新的人,是后文培养社交技能的基础。故选E。 38.前文“Homework can often cause unhappiness between kids with learning and attention problems and their parents. (家庭作业经常会导致有学习和注意力问题的孩子与父母之间的不愉快。)”提到作业常引发孩子与父母的矛盾,因此G项“So getting it done during the program can make everyone’s evening more pleasant. (所以在活动期间把这件事做完,能让大家晚上过得更舒心。)”符合语境,指出课后活动解决作业矛盾,承接前文,其中的everyone指代前文的kids和their parents。故选G。 39.后文“Some after-school programs offer classes in areas like science or computers. In these classes, there aren’t tests and students may work together in groups. For kids with learning and attention problems, these classes can be relaxing, fun and meaningful. Programs may also offer arts choices like painting and music, which can help kids find new interests. 40.前文“For kids with learning and attention problems, an after-school program may allow more room for mistakes than school does. The risks may not feel as high. (对于有学习和注意力问题的孩子来说,课后活动可能比学校有更多的犯错空间。风险可能没那么高。)”指出课后活动允许犯错、风险更低,后文“This, in turn, can lead to higher confidence. (这反过来又会带来更高的信心。)”提到从而提升信心,因此C项“As a result, they may feel freer to try new things and take more risks. (因此,他们可能更敢于尝试新事物、承担风险。)”符合语境,指出允许犯错、风险更低带来的积极后果,和前文是因果关系,引出后文,其中的This指代选项内容。故选C。 第三部分 语言运用(共两节, 满分30分) 第一节(共15小题;每小题1分, 共15分) 阅读下面短文,从每题所给的A、B、C、D四个选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。 I was suddenly awakened at about 4 a.m. by a strange experience which I did not understand at first. (共10小题;每小题1. 5分, 满分15分) For learning Chinese, the correct pronunciation of the words 56 (be) very important. Native speakers perfect these sounds as they grow up, but for new learners, this may take time. For Mandarin learners, pronunciation is one of the 57 (challenge) most people tend to meet with. Error-making is a 58 (nature) part of learning any language, not just Mandarin, and we all have our own fair share of weak points. We can easily spot some Mandarin pronunciation mistakes 59 are a lot more common than others. Pronunciation in Mandarin is important, because a simple shift in tone can completely change the meaning of a word. Unlike other East Asian languages, Mandarin depends heavily 60 tone to convey the proper meaning, so correct Chinese pronunciation is essential. Sometimes, 61 the difference in sound is clear enough, learners make the mistake of pronouncing it the same way. The best approach to 62 (solve) this is to use a Mandarin pronunciation guide which tells you exactly how different sounds 63 (make) and where they come from so you can differentiate (区别) between them properly. English has stressed syllables within words, while Mandarin does not. Mandarin can make changes to the tone of the vowel, which in turn, changes the meaning. Mandarin does have stress within a sentence. 64 (improve) your Mandarin pronunciation, listen to native Mandarin speakers as much as possible and talk with them too. Besides having general conversations with people 65 (regular), you should make sure you have a teacher who can help you identify where you’re going wrong. Remember, practice makes perfect! 【答案】 56.is 57.challenges 58.natural 59.that/which 60.on 61.although/though/while 62.solving 63.are made 64.To improve 65.regularly 【导语】本文是一篇说明文。文章主要讲述了学习汉语时正确发音的重要性及提升发音的方法。 56.考查主谓一致和动词时态。句意:对于学习中文来说,单词的正确发音是非常重要的。主语是“the correct pronunciation of the words”,为单数概念,且陈述的是客观事实,应用一般现在时。故填is。 57. 故填that/which。 60.考查介词。句意:与其他东亚语言不同,普通话在很大程度上依赖声调来传达正确的意思,所以正确的汉语发音至关重要。depend on是固定短语,意为“依赖,依靠”。故填on。 61.考查连词。句意:有时,尽管声音上的差异足够明显,学习者还是会犯同样的发音错误。此处表示让步关系,用although/though/while引导让步状语从句,意为“尽管,虽然”。故填although/though/while。 62.考查非谓语动词。句意:解决这个问题的最好方法是使用一本普通话发音指南,它准确地告诉你不同的声音是如何发出的,以及它们来自哪里,这样你就可以正确地区分它们。“the approach to doing sth.”是固定用法,意为“做某事的方法”,to是介词,后接动名词作宾语。故填solving。 63.考查时态和语态。句意同上。此处描述客观事实,用一般现在时;“how different sounds 8 (make)”是宾语从句,从句中主语different sounds与动词make之间是被动关系,用被动语态,主语是复数,be动词用are。故填are made。 64. Dear Mike, ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Yours, Li Hua 【答案】 Dear Mike, I’m sorry to hear that your tight schedule leaves you little time for exercise. I’m writing to share some practical suggestions that help you strike a balance between study and fitness. To begin with, try to make full use of short breaks between classes — just a ten-minute walk or some simple stretches can make a big difference. You could also squeeze in some time each day, perhaps in the early morning or evening, for light exercise such as jogging or doing push-ups. What matters most is keeping it up rather than how long you do it each time. I’m sure that once you make exercise part of your daily routine, you’ll soon feel healthier and more energetic. Keep going — you can do it! Yours, Li Hua 【导语】本篇书面表达属于应用文。要求考生以李华的身份给外国朋友Mike回一封邮件,针对其因学业繁忙缺乏运动的情况给出建议并鼓励。 【详解】1.词汇积累 遗憾的:sorry→ regretful 实用的:practical→ useful 充分利用:make full use of→ take full advantage of 伸展:stretch→ extend 2.句式拓展 同义句转换 原句:I’m sorry to hear that your tight schedule leaves you little time for exercise. 拓展句:Hearing that your tight schedule leaves you little time for exercise, I feel sorry. 【点睛】【高分句型1】I’m writing to share some practical suggestions that help you strike a balance between study and fitness.(运用了that引导的限制性定语从句) 【高分句型2】I’m sure that once you make exercise part of your daily routine, you’ ll soon feel healthier and more energetic.(运用了that引导的宾语从句、once引导的条件状语从句) 第二节(满分25分) 67.阅读下列材料,根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段,使之成为一篇完整的知文。 Everything changed when I entered high school. With 790 students in my freshman class, I felt completely lost, recognizing no one from middle school. Loneliness followed me home. My elder brother was busy with his future plans, and my popular sister was always surrounded by friends. They both seemed to fit in perfectly. “Why can’t I?” I wondered, entering the house after another difficult day. Mom was there waiting for me. “Karole, your bedroom’s a disaster. Why can’t you keep it clean?” The last thing I needed was criticism (批评) from my mother. Where was the mother who used to sit with me on the couch, reading stories and loving me unconditionally? I didn’t try to explain my feelings. It was easier to hide in my room with my bad mood, as I did every afternoon. Clearing a space on my desk, I opened my math book — yet another thing I wasn’t good at anymore. My grades had been falling along with my confidence. I started working on the first problem but immediately made a mistake. “Wrong again! You can’t do anything right” I tore the paper from my notebook, crumpled it, and threw it toward the wastebasket. It missed and landed on the floor, echoing my mother’s words in my mind. By the time I finished my homework, the floor was littered with crumpled (起皱的) paper. Strangely, seeing this mess gave me a kind of satisfaction — it seemed to prove all my failures. I lifted the bedcover and kicked the papers under the bed. This became my secret habit. Each crumpled ball reminded me I was a failure, yet I hid my unhappiness as carefully as I hid those papers. Behind my mask of indifference, nobody knew my true feelings. Who would want to listen? One day, I came home to an empty house. It was a relief not to be met with Mom’s latest complaint. Nothing I do is right in her eyes, I thought. Or anyone else’s, including mine. 注意:1. 续写词数应为150个左右; 2. 请按如下格式在答题卡的相应位置作答。 When I opened the door of my bedroom, I froze. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I recognized Mom’s perfect hand-writing on the note at once. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 【答案】参考范文: Paragraph 1: When I opened the door of my bedroom, I froze. The afternoon sun streamed through the freshly cleaned window, illuminating a room so spotless that it seemed unreal. Every book was neatly shelved, the bed perfectly made. My heart skipped a beat as I noticed the bare floor beneath my bed where all my crumpled failures used to hide. Then I saw it — a single smoothed-out sheet of paper lying plainly in the center of the empty floor. My breath caught in my throat. There was no way Mom could have missed this one. Paragraph 2: I recognized Mom’s perfect handwriting on the note at once. Tears welled up in my eyes as I read her heartfelt apology. The heavy burden I’d carried for months began to dissolve, replaced by a warmth that spread through my chest. That evening, when Mom returned, I didn’t hide in my room. Instead, I met her at the door, the note clutched in my trembling hand. “Thank you,” I whispered, my voice thick with emotion. She opened her arms without a word, and in that embrace, I finally felt understood. From that day on, whenever self-doubt crept in, I’d remember that note and find strength in my mother’s enduring love. 词汇激活 行为类 ①打扫:clean/tidy up ②背负:carry/shoulder ③悄悄潜入:creep in/ sneak in 情绪类 ①震惊:froze/shocked ②感动:tears welled up/moved 【点睛】[高分句型1] The afternoon sun streamed through the freshly cleaned window, illuminating a room so spotless that it seemed unreal.(运用了现在分词短语作状语以及“so...that...”引导结果状语从句) [高分句型2] From that day on, whenever self-doubt crept in, I’d remember that note and find strength in my mother’s enduring love.(运用了whenever引导时间状语从句) ( 1 / 24 ) 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $ 2025-2026学年高一上学期期末模拟卷01(人教版) 英语·参考答案 第一部分 听力(共两节,满分30分) 第一节(共5小题;每小题1.5分,满分7.5分) 1—5 CBCBB 6—10 BBCAA 第二节(共15小题;每小题1.5分,满分 22.5分) 11—15 ACACB 16—20 BABCB 第二部分 阅读理解(共两节, 满分50分) 第一节(共15小题;每小题2. 5分, 满分37. 5分) 21. In my high school life, I met lots of good teachers, but the teacher I respected most was my english teacher, mr. smith. He had an easy going personality in class. He always wore a warm smile, making us feel that is what I admired most was his patient and enthusiastic teaching attitude. No matter how easy our questions were, he never showed any impatients, always explaining things clearly until we fully understood. One unforgettable moment was when I failed in english test and was feeling extremely down. Instead of criticizing me, he SAT down beside me after class. He carefully analyzed each wrong question with me, encourage me to be confident, and helped me make a study plan. His words were like a bright light in the dark, giving me hope and strength. I've made up my mind to be a person like him in the future and bring warmth and inspiration to others. B Crowded by defenders, Charlie Villanueva, one hand lifting the ball high, jump toward the basket. C If you want to become a fluent English speaker, you should take some advice: there are four skills in learning English. D It is hardly surprising that rivers have been an important part of human history: They provide food, freshwater, and rich land for growing crops. A.The Results of Floods on Agriculture B.The History of Flooding in Ecosystems C.Rivers: A Source of Natural Environment D.Floods: A Force for Destruction and Renewal 第二节(共5小题, 每小题2. 5分, 共12. 5分) 阅读下面短文, 从短文后的选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。选项中有两项为多余选项。 A good after-school program can turn free after-school hours into productive learning time. B Crowded by defenders, Charlie Villanueva, one hand lifting the ball high, jump toward the basket. C If you want to become a fluent English speaker, you should take some advice: there are four skills in learning English. D It is hardly surprising that rivers have been an important part of human history: They provide food, freshwater, and rich land for growing crops. A.The Results of Floods on Agriculture B.The History of Flooding in Ecosystems C.Rivers: A Source of Natural Environment D.Floods: A Force for Destruction and Renewal 第二节(共5小题, 每小题2. 5分, 共12. 5分) 阅读下面短文, 从短文后的选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。选项中有两项为多余选项。 A good after-school program can turn free after-school hours into productive learning time. 第三部分 语言运用(共两节, 满分30分) 第一节(共15小题;每小题1分, 共15分) 阅读下面短文,从每题所给的A、B、C、D四个选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。 I was suddenly awakened at about 4 a.m. by a strange experience which I did not understand at first. 第四部分 写作(共两节,满分40分) 第一节(满分15分) 66.假定你是李华,你的外国朋友Mike最近因学业繁忙缺乏运动,希望你能给他一些建议。请你给他回一封邮件,内容如下: 1.写信目的; 2.具体建议; 3.表示鼓励。 注意: 1.写作词数应为100词左右; 2.请按如下格式在以下位置作答。 Dear Mike, ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Yours, Li Hua 第二节(满分25分) 67.阅读下列材料,根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段,使之成为一篇完整的知文。 Everything changed when I entered high school.
