1. 基数词+连字符+可数名词单数一般用作定语修饰名词, 它相当于“基数词
+名词所有格”。如:
a two-day trip=a two days’ trip
2. 表示店铺、某某家、诊所等的名词所有格, 其后的名词可以省略。如:
at Mary’s在玛丽家, go to the dentist’s去牙医诊所

用于表示有生命事物的所有关系, 特别是当这些所有者有较长的定语时 the name of the girl in red

当key, answer, way, bridge等表示所属时, 要用to表示所属关系。如:
