1.— Did you ask the guard happened?
— Yes, he told me all he knew.
A.what; that B.that; which C.which; that D.what; which
【答案】A
故选A。
2.The teacher said, “The earth moves around the sun.”
→ The teacher told me .
A.the earth move around the sun B.the earth moved around the sun
C.the earth moves around the sun D.the sun moves around the earth
3.If there ________ no water, all living things would die.
A.is B.was C.were D.be
4.She wishes she ________ to the party last night, but she had to stay at home to look after her sick mother.
A.went B.had gone C.goes D.has gone
5.I went to see a movie________ The King’s Speech with my father.
A.call B.calling C.called D. to be called
6.— Who is to give us the lecture today?
— The lady ________ our headmaster into the hall.
A.follows B.following C.followed D.to be followed
7. She could go to the cinema, ________ she could watch a movie at home.
A.and B.but C.or D.so
A. and和,表示并列;B. but但是,表示转折;C. or或者,表示选择;D. so所以,表示结果。
8.— Look! Somebody the sofa.
— Well, it wasn’t me. I didn’t do it.
A.is cleaning B.was cleaning C.has cleaned D.had cleaned
根据答语“Well, it wasn’t me. I didn’t do it.”
9.Since 2010, this factory ______ a lot of pollution, and many trees ______ around it.
A.has caused; have been planted B.caused; were planted
C.has been caused; have planted D.was causing; are planted
【答案】A
故选A。
10.He said that they ________ a meeting at that time.
A.had B.was having C.were having D.are having
