参考范文:
Dear Michael,
I was sorry to hear that you've been feeling anxious due to peer pressure lately. Peer pressure, which is the influence to act against our own judgment to gain peer acceptance, is a common challenge in new environments and can affect various aspects of life. Here are a few suggestions that might help you navigate it.
Firstly, the most important thing is to build up self-confidence. Believe in your own values and strengths. Besides, try to choose your friends wisely. Surrounding yourself with positive, supportive peers who respect your choices can significantly reduce negative pressure. Lastly, always think about the consequences before making a decision. Ask yourself if going along with the group is truly right for you.
Remember, it's okay to be yourself. I am confident that you can learn to manage this pressure and turn it into a positive force for growth.
Best regards,
Li Hua

参考例文:
The Extrovert's Edge in a Connected World
I firmly believe that extroverts hold a natural advantage in achieving success. Their outgoing nature makes them exceptional communicators and networkers, allowing them to build vast social connections that often translate into opportunities
. In leadership roles, their energy and ability to motivate others are powerful assets. For instance, in business environments that prize collaboration and dynamism, an extrovert's ease in social situations can be a significant catalyst for success.
In conclusion, while success is multifaceted, the extrovert's innate strengths in communication and influence make them more likely to excel in our highly interconnected world.
The Quiet Power of Introverts
Contrary to common belief, I argue that introverts are equally, if not more, likely to attain profound success. Their power lies in deep thinking, focused analysis, and exceptional listening skills, which are crucial for innovation and complex problem-solving
. Research even shows that introverted leaders often excel by empowering their team members to take initiative, fostering a more effective and inclusive environment. Many groundbreaking thinkers and creators, who have shaped our world, exhibit classic introverted traits.
Therefore, the introvert's capacity for concentration, strategic thought, and creating genuine collaboration is a profound formula for lasting achievement.

Recently our school held a debate on whether technological development is beneficial to environmental protection.
The pro side points out that eco-friendly technologies cut down pollution directly. Besides, smart monitoring systems can strictly control behaviors that harm the environment. On the other hand, the con side argues that tech industries consume large amounts of energy and produce poisonous waste. Moreover, tech upgrades speed up resource consumption and lead to more garbage.
In my opinion, technology is neither good nor bad. We ought to develop green technology and limit its negative effects, so that it can contribute more to environmental protection.
