T: Boys and girls, look at this picture . What can they see?

Step3 Learn the new words
T: To talk about toys, we need to know body parts first. Look! Here are some words about our body. Open your book to Page 42, try to read them by yourself.

学习要求:1.根据课文内容介绍机器人。2.S选择一个说给T听。

Step3 Let’s chant
T:Your role-plays are so lively! Let’s make it more fun with a chant! Clap your hands and listen to me first: Robot, robot, look at this robot. Face, face, his face is cute. Now, let’s do it together—stand up, clap your hands, and let’s chant!
学习要求:1.自己拍手说。2.TS起立拍手说。
【设计意图】学生在韵律节奏里巩固 “look at...”“His... is/are...” 等句型 。先自主拍手说,熟悉节奏与内容;再学伴起立互动,增添仪式感与协作性。借重复、押韵语言,降低表达难度,强化对身体部位描述、玩具特征表达的掌握。

Step1 Read and imitate
学习要求:1. 指读:听音模仿,读准确。2.四人小组,加动作读。
T: Let’s read and imitate carefully,point to the words as you read. Then, work in groups of four, add actions .

【设计意图】通过模仿跟读、小组加动作读,帮学生精准把握英语语音语调,体会角色情感,思考答题则引导学生挖掘文本深层信息,理解人物喜好原因,深化对 Cartoon 内容的理解,多元提升英语综合素养 。
Step3 Listen and think
学习要求:1. 仔细听,思考这里的a发什么音。2. S说给T听。
T: While reading, did you notice the pronunciation of letter “a” in some words? Let’s listen carefully and think about it.
Step4 Read and chant
学习要求:1. 打开课本P45,仔细听录音,找一找含/eɪ/的单词。2. 仿照范例,TS一起用更多词汇拍手说。
T:Now, let’s listen to the tape again. Try to find: which other words have the /eɪ/ sound?
T:Let’s make a new chant with these words. Follow the model: A, a, /eɪ/, /eɪ/. /eɪ/ is for name. Let’s clap and chant together!
【设计意图】通过多样活动感知 /eɪ/ 音。跟读句子儿歌,奠定发音基础;拍手说强化节奏记忆,深化对发音规则的运用,同时拓展字母 “a” 不同发音(/æ/ ),帮助学生构建语音知识体系,提升自然拼读能力,为单词认读、拼写筑牢根基 。
