Now a child called Guan Fei has been kidnapped. His father, Guan Dawei asked the police for help. Today we will learn Unit8 Detective stories Integrated skills: The kidnapping. Step2: Presentation 1. Look at our teaching aims: 1).To listen and get useful information from the tape. 2).To use information to complete notes and a report on the kidnapping case. 3). To talk about some safety tips to keep safe and stop crime. 4). To improve the students’ listening and speaking abilities. 2. Before listening: A police officer made some notes. Please read his notes and answer the following questions: ①Who is the victim? Guan Fei. ②How old is the victim? Four years old. ③When did the crime happen?
