Unit 2 There are forty. 第一课时 课时内容 1.Listen and say.,2.Listen and read.&5.Listen and say. Then chant. 课时分析 本课时是第五模块第二单元的第1课时。本课时学习Unit 2 Activities 1—3。本课时将围绕“There are forty”的话题，通过情景对话的方式带领学生学习基数词和“There be...”句型。本课时的课文内容是学会数一百以内的整数及运用这些单词描述周围某物或人的数量。教师可以就周围事物的数量询问学生，让学生在实际生活中感受句型。twenty, thirty-forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty and ninety. 数字几十后缀同，-ty必须缀后面。数字有同又有异，学生记忆请谨慎。这一课时的主要内容是复习巩固句型“There be...”描述数量。这些对话在我们日常交际中十分常见，更为贴近生活的单词和句型等也更容易让学生理解。在教学实践中，针对此类单词或句型的学习，教师要创设贴近日常生活的情景，让学生在极生活化的情景下对话，这样能让学生更好地学习与理解新知。 本课时包括Listen and chant.,Listen and read.,Read and say.等三个板块。Listen and chant.呈现了孩子们在学习数字，然后根据数字聚会来进行学习的；Listen and read.板块为大家讲述了How many引导的特殊疑问句及其答语可知，答语我们通常用There be句型来回答等；Read and say.该板块是给出一个表格然后我们使用there be句型表述表格里的内容从而对there be句型的操练等；课时目标 能够听、说、读、写单词：happily，many。 （2）能够听、说、认读单词：forty，number，thirty，fifty，sixty，seventy，eighty，ninety。 （3）能够进一步掌握句型“There be＋基数词＋名词（＋其他）”描述某物的数量。 （4）能够理解课文，并能初步朗读并表演课文内容。 （5）能正确地理解、掌握课文内容，并能分角色表演课文。 （6）在掌握重点句型、理解课文内容的基础上，提高学生的英语运用能力。 课时重难点 1.重点 （1）学习本课的新单词。 （2）巩固“There be...”句型。 2.难点 学会数一百以内的整数，并能将词汇灵活运用到实际的语言表达中。 教学准备 单词卡片、多媒体课件、情景教学法、PPT课件、游戏法 教学过程 Step 1 Warm­up 师生相互问候，用日常英语进行对话。示例如下： T：Good morning，everyone! Ss：Three./Four./Five... 【设计意图】通过日常英语对话，让学生复习巩固“How many...？”句型及数词的回答。引出数词的应用语境，为接下来的学习做铺垫。 Step 2 Presentation 1.Activity 1 ·教材意图 此活动是一首数字歌谣。通过学习朗朗上口的歌谣，让学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中认识四会单词happily，三会单词number、thirty、forty、fifty、sixty、seventy、eighty、ninety。 ·教学建议 （1）教师引导学生观察图片，猜测Activity 1的主要内容。 （2）教师适当讲解歌谣内容，同时引出单词number、thirty、forty、fifty、sixty、seventy、eighty、ninety、happily的学习。 ①教师在黑板上板书“number”并教读，然后与学生进行对话。 T：What are these？（指着活动1图片中的数字） Ss：数字！ T：Yes! Good kids! These are numbers.Please follow me.Number! Number! Number! Ss：Number! Number! Number! ②教师在黑板上板书“thirty”并教读。（指着活动1图片中的数字30） T：What’s this in English? Ss：三十。 T：Thirty！Read it，please. Thirty! ③教师在黑板上板书“forty、fifty、sixty、seventy、eighty、ninety”并教读。教师可以利用单词卡片或活动1中的数字图片，仿照（2）中的对话引出具体数字的学习。 ④教师在黑板上板书“happily”并教读与讲解，然后与学生进行对话。 T：What are the numbers doing？（引导学生根据歌谣内容进行回答） Ss：They are having a party.They are dancing. They are dancing happily.（教师给出happily的单词卡片） （3）教师讲解歌谣内容，带领学生逐句了解歌谣内容，加深学生对歌谣内容及其中词汇的理解与记忆。 （4）教师播放录音，让学生跟唱两遍。 2.Activity 2 ·教材意图 此活动通过学习约翰询问埃米和玲玲班级的人数的对话，带领学生学习四会单词many、要求学生学会区分单词fourteen和forty及进一步学会运用句型“There are...”。 ·教学建议 （1）教师提问“How many students are there in our class？”，请一个学生用所学句型“There are...students in our class.”回答并引出活动2的话题。教师接着说：“Lingling and her friends are talking about how many pupils there are in their class.Let’s go and see.”。 （2）教师播放课文录音两遍，让学生回答问题：How many pupils are there in Lingling’s class? （3）教师适当讲解课文内容，然后引出单词many的学习。教师在黑板上板书“many”并教读、讲解，然后与学生进行对话。 T：There are forty pupils in their class.There are so many! Please follow me.Many. Ss：Many. （4）教师指导学生在书上圈出单词fourteen和forty，并带领学生分别读这两个单词。教师要注意着重强调这两类单词的读音和意思的不同，让学生加以区分。 （5）教师讲解课文内容，带领全班学生学习并理解。 （6）教师播放录音，让学生跟读并模仿录音的语音、语调。 （7）教师让学生分角色朗读对话，并进行表演。 Step 3 Practise Activity 3 （1）教师通过课件呈现课文中的表格，引导学生了解表格中的内容，并要求学生根据表格内容回答问题。 T：How many pupils are there in Lake School?
