(4) Ask plenty of questions. Make sure that your leader has told you what you should do. If he/she has not told you your job duties, ask for a list.
(5) Do not make personal phone calls. You should never make personal phone calls to your friends and family at office unless it is an emergency.

Even in early times, people could realize the importance of dreams and knew that dreams gave meaning to life. Every great achievement (成就) has been the result of years of dreaming. If a person has a dream and holds fast to it, he or she will find a way to bring it into reality (现实).

Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are the good examples. They have developed technology and brought great progress to human besides making money for themselves.
Older people should believe that it is never too late to dream and that human mind is never too old to make dreams turn into reality. Colonel Sanders realized his dreams at the age of 67 and set up the biggest fried chicken company (KFC) in the world.
No one is too young or too old to dream and to make dreams come true.

Being organized is very important. It will make your life easier and less stressful. So, how can we get organized? Here are some tips to help you.
The first thing you should do is to throw away, donate or sell anything you are not using.
The second thing you can do is to put similar things together. For example, take a look at your bookshelf and try putting all the books about each topic in a group. Then it will be easier and faster to find the book you need.
Another way to get organized is to put things you often use in a convenient place. Always remember to put things back after you have used them, too.
Finally, you should use a calendar to plan out what you need to do each month. Then at the start of every workday, write down three important tasks you want to achieve that day quickly. Put a big star next to the most important. So, before you get into the busy work, start on the important task and see it through to the end. Making to-do lists is a great way to help you to do this. In 2003, Kunqu Opera had a sudden increase of the audience and 70% of them were young people. The youth version (版本) of The Peony Pavilion is considered a major contributor to the development and popularity of the art form.
