Sample writing I always felt anxious and stressful at senior high school at first because I was afraid of being left behind. I was worried about so many things that I couldn’t sleep well and focus on my study. Then, I read a book called “Who Moved Your Cheese” which made me realize that making changes can make a difference to life. Instead of just worrying about my study, I would make a schedule for my study and finish the to-do list. Rather than being anxious the whole day, I would do some exercises regularly and listen to music to relieve my stress and tiredness after studying, which also helped me feel more energetic. Now, I stopped feeling upset about something new. Instead, I would also always remind myself to smile as often as possible and stay positive about everything that is going to happen. 教师指导要点 写作框架拆解: 开头:用具体事例描述过去问题(如 “I used to feel stressed about exams, so I couldn’t sleep well at night”); 中间:明确转折点(如 “Then I read a book about time management”)+ 具体行动(如 “I made a study schedule and did 10 minutes of stretching every morning”); 结尾:描述现在的变化(如 “Now I feel more relaxed, and my grades have improved”); 语言要求: 提醒学生使用至少 2 个本节课学到的对比词汇(如 instead, rather than); 4. Assessment Exchange drafts. Use the checklist to give feedback on your partner's draft. · Does the writer explain why he/she changed/wants to change? · Does the writer tell how the changes have improved or will improve his/her life? · Is the text well-organised? · Does the writer use words and expressions to show similarities and differences? · Are there any grammar or spelling errors? · Does the writer use correct punctuation? I'd like to offer some suggestions that might help. First, maintaining a regular daily schedule is essential. Try going to bed earlier and doing some meditation before sleep to improve your sleep quality. Besides, doing regular exercise, such as jogging or swimming, can not only help you lose weight but also make you feel relaxed. Also, pay attention to your diet. It’s a good idea to cut down on junk food and choose healthier options like fruits and vegetables. I believe you can overcome these challenges. Best wishes for better sleep and a healthier life! Yours, Li Hua 三、教学备注(Teaching Notes) 课时分配建议:第 1 课时完成 “Lead-in” 和 “Reading”(活动 1 - 活动 2),第 2 课时完成 “Writing” 和 “Homework Guidance”(活动 3 - 活动 4); 差异化指导:对基础较弱的学生,可提供写作框架模板(如每段开头句提示:“In the past, I had a problem with...”“The turning point came when...”);对基础较好的学生,要求使用 3 个以上对比词汇,并增加细节描写(如 “After jogging, I feel more energetic, which helps me focus on my homework”); 资源利用:可展示学生优秀草稿(匿名),分析其优点(如结构清晰、对比词汇使用恰当),激发其他学生的写作兴趣。 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $
