Learning Objectives
1. 语言知识与理解
学生能够识别并理解核心词汇与句型(如:get along with, be fed up with, negative, co-worker; “How do you deal with...?” “You shouldn‘t be so negative.”)在谈论职场关系情境中的基本含义和用法。

1. get along well with sb.
注意:介词 with 后面必须接名词或代词。如果是代词,需用宾格(me, him, her, us, them)。
副词位置:副词 well 修饰动词短语 get along,固定放在 along 之后。可以提问学生“相处得如何?”,答案就是 very well, pretty well, quite well。)
Eg:
I get along very well with my new coworkers. (接名词)
She is nice. I get along well with her. (接代词宾格)
Do you get along well with your manager? (疑问句结构)

2. be fed up with sth/sb.
含义:fed up 是一个形容词性短语,表示“感到厌烦的”,描述主语的状态。
注意:介词 with 后接令人厌烦的对象(事物或人)。
时态体现:因为含有系动词 be,它的时态通过 be 来体现。
Eg:
He is fed up with the overtime work. (一般现在时)
We were fed up with his excuses. (一般过去时)
I am fed up with all the gossip. (接事物)

3. make a mistake
关键:可数名词。这是学生最常犯的错误之一。
表示“犯一个错误”时,必须用 make a mistake。
表示“犯多个错误”时,用 make mistakes。
注意:固定与动词 make 搭配,不能用 do 或 have。
Eg:
It‘s normal to make a mistake when you are learning.
He made two mistakes in the report.
We should learn from the mistakes we make.

4. work with sb/sth
含义:强调“协作、共事”的关系。
对比:与 work for(为……工作,指上下级关系)进行对比。
Eg:
I enjoy working with my team. (与人协作)
She works with children. (与某一类人共事)
He works for a great boss. (为老板工作)

5. deal with sth/sb
及物动词短语(短语动词);表示“处理、应对”。
注意:后面必须直接接宾语,无需介词。
疑问句:常与 How 引导的特殊疑问句连用。
Eg:
We must deal with this problem immediately.

She is good at dealing with pressure.

6. be friendly with sb / to sb
be friendly with sb:通常指与某人保持着友好的关系(强调状态),常用于同事、同学等关系。
be friendly to sb:指对某人表现出友好的态度或行为(强调单次动作),可用于对陌生人、客人等。
Eg:
All my colleagues are friendly with me. (我们关系友好)
The salesperson was very friendly to the customer. (对顾客态度友好)
