Then, Mom would shake (摇) the pot over the stove (炉子) to keep the popcorn from burning (烧焦) — shake, shake, shake, and pop, pop, pop — until the pot was filled with delicious popcorn! Next, Mom would put it all into a big bowl and add some sugar on top.

Later, we would all come to the living room. Dad would sit in his chair, and my mom, brother, and I would relax on the sofa. There was always a lot of popcorn to share, and Mom even let me eat the half-popped kernels (玉米粒).

The funny thing is that I don't remember the shows we watched, but I still remember the taste of the popcorn, the warmth of the bowl, and the joy of being with my family. I felt so loved and happy. We didn't have a big house or much money, but our love for each other was everything.

It's the little moments like these that matter most. They're magical everyday gifts and good things we can always remember in our life. So, don't forget to enjoy these moments and the love that comes with them. They are what truly make life beautiful.

（9月月考 25-26成都西川）Recently, train companies (公司) have asked people not to eat foods with strong smells on high - speed trains, such as instant noodles (方便面). What do you think? Should trains ban (禁止) instant noodles?

Chen Yi'an: For me, eating food with a strong smell on the train is fine. A train journey often takes many hours, which means eating is important. Fast food like instant noodles is very convenient. Also, fast food is cheap. For example, instant noodles take only a few yuan, while food on trains often takes more than 40 yuan. Also, it is difficult to decide what food should be banned. Different people have different standards (标准). This makes it hard to create a fair rule.

He Liyan: I believe that instant noodles should be banned on high - speed trains. The air in trains does not move well, so the smell stays for a long time. It can make other passengers feel sick. Passengers can eat before getting on the train or bring other foods like sandwiches, fruits or snacks that have little smell. In public spaces, we should always think about the feelings of those around us. Staying clear of smelly foods is a simple way to show respect and keep the train nice for everyone.

Luo Yiwei: Instant noodles are cheap and easy to make, needing only hot water. If they are banned on trains, many people would lose their easiest meal choice. However, smelly food can affect others. So it is important to find ways to deal with it. For example, the train company could set up a special coach in every train. People who want to eat smelly food could enjoy their meal there. The trains could also sell cheap snacks that don't smell much.

Life was good for Craig and Bryanna and their four children. They had the house of their dreams in the US.

Craig had a good job. Bryanna enjoyed being a stay - at - home mom. But something was missing (缺失的), and the road was calling.

Bryanna started to feel tired of the everyday life of washing clothes, shopping, and cleaning the house and yard. She and Craig wanted more out of life, and found it while learning about RV (野营车) living.

They came across other families who were traveling on the road all the time and knew this was the life for them! So in 2014, they sold their house and started a new life. They chose to home school their kids.“The biggest thing for us was to spend more time together as a family, to have more freedom (自由), and to be able to visit all the amazing places,” Bryanna wrote online.

The hardest part of moving into an RV was saying goodbye to their home. Though it was difficult, it was all worthwhile (值得的).

So far, they've traveled to 24 states, Canada, and Mexico! While RV life isn't always easy, they have found the freedom and happiness they never knew before.
