★Step 1 Leading in 【情景导入】
1.Ask the Ss to answer the question:What's your favourite subject and why?
2.Ask some students to share their views.Then make appropriate comments.
★Step 2 Pretask 【准备任务】
Page 45,2a
1.Show the picture of P45 on PPT to the Ss,and then ask them to answer the following questions.
(1)Who are the three people?
(2)Where are they?
(3)What's their relationship?
2.Let some students share their answers,and then check the answers with the class.
Possible answers:
(1)They are Binbin,Emma and Meimei.
(2)They are in the hallway in a school.
(3)They are classmates.

1.Ask the Ss to listen to the conversation and fill in the blanks.

★Step 5 Language points 【语言要点】
1.“It is+adj.+(for sb.) to do sth.”句型
该句型表示“(对某人来说)做某事是......的”。it是形式主语,不定式to do sth.是真正的主语。
2.past的用法
◆作名词,意为“过去;过去的事情”。如:in the past在过去。
◆作形容词,意为“过去的”。如:in the past years在过去的岁月里。
◆作介词,意为“在......之后”。如:ten past six六点过十分。
◆作副词,意为“经过”。如:I walk past a beautiful garden.我经过一个漂亮的花园。
