名词所有格 (possessive nouns)
名词所有格是名词之间表示所有或所属关系的语法结构。
名词所有格
英语中表示所属关系常用以下两种方式表达:
1.在一些名词之后加’s。多用来表示有生命物的名词所有格。
2.“of + 名词”结构。多用来表示无生命物的名词所有格。
表示有生命物的名词所有格
1. 单数名词词尾加’s,复数名词词尾如果没有s,也要加’s。

2. 名词已有复数词尾s,词尾加’即可。

3. 表示各自拥有时,每个名词的词尾都要加’s。

4. 表示共同拥有时,只需在最后一个名词词尾加’s。
Ella and Emma’s room Tim and Tina’s parents

表示无生命物的名词所有格
1.表示无生命物的所有关系多用“of + 名词”结构。

the end of the road the subject of the sentence
2.有些表示时间、距离、国家、城市等无生命物的名词,也可以加’s来构成所有格。
