一、不定代词的概念

不定代词是不指明代替任何特定名词或形容词的代词，在句中可作主语、宾语、定语等。

二、常见不定代词的用法

1.some 和any(代替或修饰可数名词复数/不可数名词

 

单词	用法
some	多用于肯定句
any	多用于否定句、疑问句

There’s still some wine in the bottle.

瓶子里还有些葡萄酒。

Are there any apples? 有苹果吗？

注意

在”Would you like...”等表示建议并希望得到肯定答复的疑问句中，要用some ,而不用any.

Would you like some tea?

2.many 和much(表示“很多”）

 

单词	用法
many	修饰或代替可数名词复数
much	修饰或代替不可数名词

I have too much homework today, but there are many difficult tasks to finish.

我今天有太多作业，有很多困难的任务要完成。

3.few 与a few , little 与 a little

 

few	修饰可数名词复数	表示“很少，侧重“否定”含义
few	修饰可数名词复数	表示“一些”，侧重“肯定”含义
little	修饰不可数名词	表示“很少，侧重“否定”含义
a little	修饰不可数名词	表示“一些”，侧重“肯定”含义

I want to eat a few cakes and drink a little water.

我想吃几个蛋糕，喝些水。

There is a little meat /There are few eggs in the fridge.

冰箱里几乎没有肉/鸡蛋了。

4.复合不定代词

  复合不定代词指的是由some , any , no , every加上body, one , thing 构成的不定代词，相当于名词，在句中可作主语、宾语、表语等，作主语时作单数看待，谓语动词用第三人称单数形式。

Everyone says it’s beautiful. 每个人都说它很美丽。

Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. 没人知道明天会发生什么。

注意

 当用形容词作定语修饰复合不定代词时，定语要后置，这是本单元的重点，也是学生容易出错的地方。
