Teaching Reflection
This is the first English class of the new term and students have just finished their summer
holidays. The topic of this listening-talking lesson is just about holiday activities,so they can quickly be involved in the class and talk about their own holiday experiences. However, most of them forgot to use the simple past tense at the beginning of the talk. Luckily, they gradually recalled the use of the simple past tense after my reminding. The listening material is not too difficult for most of them,so I didn't design many step-by-step tasks. In the part of the pronunciation, they did well. I should prepare more additional materials for them to practise.
