Lesson 8: A Universe of Thought 一、Teaching Objectives Language Competence: Students can master key words and phrases and understand the structure of simple past tense sentences. Cultural Awareness: Students learn about Albert Einstein's contributions to science and the significance of the Nobel Prize. Thinking Quality: Students can think about the importance of making mistakes and persisting in thinking through Einstein's sayings. Learning Ability: Students can improve their reading and speaking skills by discussing and retelling Einstein's story. 二、Teaching Key Points Master key words and phrases and understand the structure of simple past tense sentences. 三、Teaching Difficult Points Help students understand the abstract concept of "relativity" simply. Guide students to express their thoughts about mistakes using Einstein's sayings. 四、Teaching Aids PPT, pictures of Einstein and Princeton University. 五、Teaching Procedures Step 1: Warm-up - Greet the students. - Show a picture of Einstein and ask: "Do you know this man?
