Unit 3 After - school activities Lesson 3 教学设计 I. Teaching Objectives 1. Knowledge Objectives Students will master vocabulary related to after - school clubs and adverbs of frequency (e.g., always, sometimes, seldom, never, often, usually), and understand how to use them to describe habits and preferences. Students will be able to complete a survey about club preferences, analyze survey results to determine club choices, and use adverbs of frequency to write sentences describing habits. 2. Affective Objectives Encourage students to explore diverse after - school clubs, and help them understand their own interests and habits through survey analysis. II. Language Knowledge 1. Key Vocabulary & Phrases Club - related words: sports club, music club, art club, reading club Adverbs of frequency: always, sometimes, seldom, never, often, usually 2. Key Sentence Patterns Describing habits with adverbs of frequency: “I always get up at 6:30 a.m. Jack is never late.” Talking about club preferences: “My choice of club is the art club. I like drawing. I often paint or draw a picture.” 3. Key and Challenging Points Key Points: Complete the club survey, understand adverbs of frequency, and use them to describe habits and preferences.
