◇教学过程◇
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet students as usual.
2.Show a picture about a field trip.Ask students what they can see in the picture.
Step 2 Work on A
1.Lead students to read the school field trip notice and think about the questions:
Q1:What can the Grade 7 students do on the autumn field trip?
Q2:What can the Grade 7 students do on the spring field trip?
Q3:What do you like about your field trips?Why?
2.Check the answers.
Step 3 Work on B
1.Let students scan the notes first and pay attention to some phrases.Then play the recording.
2.Listen to the recording and complete the notes.
3.Lead students to look at the language tip.
Step 4 Work on C
1.Play the recording and ask students to notice the pronunciation.
2.Invite two pairs to role⁃play the conversation.
3.Ask students to work in groups and talk about the topic.Use the conversation below as a model.
4.Invite some volunteers to show their conversations.
Step 5 Work on D-D2
1.Let students scan the questions in D1 and answer them.
2.Invite some students to share their answers.
3.Let students look through Sandy’s article about her hands⁃on learning at school and answer the questions:Q1:When does Sandy’s group work?
Q2:What does Daniel like to do?
Q3:What does Sandy like to do?
Q4:What does Sandy think of watering the plants?
4.Let students listen to the recording and then see who reads best.
Step 6 Work on D3
1.Make students look at the useful expressions.Use them to write an article about hands⁃on learning at their school based on the information in D1.Use Sandy’s article as a model.
2.Walk around and give some support.
3.Invite some students to read theirs out and give some advice.
◇教学反思◇
本课时的教学主要是练习学生的英语综合能力,将听、说、读、写有机地结合在一起。以“学校野外考察”为话题,学生在学习课本中示例的同时也能想到自己的实践经历,同时能够借助已学表达来描述自己野外考察的经历。课堂上读、写及小组练习模式交叉进行,既锻炼学生读写能力,也提高了他们的口语交际能力。

Step 3 Work on Further study
1.Let students enjoy the quotes and sayings together.Then let students know the meaning.
2.Encourage students to find more and discuss with their classmates.
◇教学反思◇
本课时主要是复习前面所学知识。首先复习了时间介词以及频度副词,并给予大量练习;其次通过句子朗读练习让学生复习本单元的音标。不仅在课堂上,在课后也要让学生多练习才能牢牢掌握。
