Step 3 Work on 1b-1c 1.Play the recording for the first time.Ask the students to listen to the conversations and number the places in the order they hear them. 2.Play the recording again.Ask the students to listen to the conversations and complete the sentences in 1c. 3.Play the recording for a third time and check the answers. Step 4 Work on 1d 1.Explain the language points in 1d. 2.Organize the students into pairs. 3.Then ask them to talk about the places in the picture in 1a. 4.Invite some pairs to role⁃play their conversations in class.
