I. Teaching Objectives
1. Knowledge Objectives
Students will be able to name space - related items (air tank, computer, dried food, etc.) correctly by matching pictures with terms.

III. Teaching Procedures (Total Duration: 45 Minutes)
Step 1 Pre - activity (8 Minutes)

Do a quick drill: Show the pictures again randomly and have students say the corresponding terms. This helps reinforce memory.
Step 3 Mars Life Dialogue (15 Minutes)
Activity 1: Understanding the Dialogue (8 Minutes)
Present the dialogue in Activity B. Read it with students first. Explain key vocabulary like “gravity” (the force that pulls things down) and “dried food” (food with most water removed).
Ask students to identify the main points about living on Mars from the dialogue, such as “less gravity,” “need special boots,” “eat dried food,” “no pollution.”
Activity 2: Pair Discussion (7 Minutes)
Students work in pairs to practice the dialogue. Then, ask them to make their own conversations about living on Mars, using the model. For example, they can add more ideas like “How would we move around with less gravity?” or “What other problems might we face on Mars?”

Recap the space - related items and the main points about living on Mars from the dialogue. Emphasize the key vocabulary and how to use them in discussions about space.
Homework (5 Minutes)
