I. Teaching Objectives
Learn to make a vlog to introduce school life, understanding the structure and content of a vlog script.
Develop collaborative skills by dividing tasks among group members and working together to complete the vlog.
Enhance practical skills in vlog - making, including scripting, recording, editing, and sharing.

III. Teaching Procedures
Learning activities:
Step 1 Study the model script (Step 1)
Read and analyze the model
T: Read the model vlog script. Discuss what you will include in your vlog. Use the mind map to help you (school life includes places, activities, school clubs, and other aspects).
Ask Ss to read the script, identify the elements introduced (school gate, computer lab, sports field, canteen, library, school park, classes, club meetings, etc.), and discuss what they want to include in their own vlogs.
Step 2 Divide tasks (Step 2)
Group work: Task division
T: Divide the recording job among group members. Fill in the table with names and tasks (e.g., check the script, record places, record activities, etc.).
Divide Ss into groups. Ask each group to discuss and divide tasks, then fill in the table.
Step 3 Record the vlog (Step 3)
Recording activity
T: Go to different places to record your vlog with your phone or camera.
Guide groups to go to designated places in the school (or use pictures/imagination if on - site recording is not possible) to record their vlog segments according to their tasks.
Step 4 Edit the vlog (Step 4)
Editing activity
T: Edit your vlog and add any music or sound effects.
Ask groups to use video editing tools to put together their recorded segments, add music or sound effects to make the vlog more attractive.
Step 5 Share the vlog (Step 5)
Sharing activity
T: Show your vlog to the class to get their advice. Post your vlog on your school website.
Invite each group to present their vlog to the class. Encourage classmates to give feedback. Then guide groups to post their vlogs on the school website (if possible).
IV. Assessment of Teaching Effectiveness
Assess groups' understanding of the vlog script structure by observing their discussion in Step 1.
Observe whether groups can collaborate effectively to divide tasks and complete each step of vlog - making (recording, editing) in Steps 2 - 4.
Evaluate the quality of the vlogs by observing their content, organization, and presentation in Step 5.
This project helps Ss integrate knowledge about school life to make a vlog, improving collaborative and practical skills, and enhancing their ability to introduce school life creatively.
V. Design Purpose
Studying the model script helps Ss understand how to structure a vlog for introducing school life. Discussing with the mind map encourages them to plan their own vlog content.
Dividing tasks trains Ss' collaborative skills, ensuring each member contributes to the project.
Recording, editing, and sharing provide a complete project process, allowing Ss to practice practical skills and share their work, enhancing learning motivation and creativity.

VII. Homework
Reflect on the vlog - making process and write a short passage about what you learned from this project.

VIII. Teaching Reflection
The project effectively engaged Ss in collaborative vlog - making. Groups showed good creativity in planning and recording their vlogs. However, some groups might have faced difficulties in editing. In future projects, more guidance on video editing can be provided.
