For example, cold dishes: Chinese cabbage salad; hot dishes: Kung Pao chicken; staples: rice; drinks: green tea; desserts: mango pudding. Walk around to assist with dish selection, vocabulary use, and menu organization.

3c: Checking Menus
Groups swap menus with another group. Use the points: “Are there many kinds of dishes?”, “Are the dishes healthy?”, “Are there any special dishes?”, “Do the dishes look good?” to check and make revisions. For example, if a menu has too many fried dishes, suggest adding more vegetable - based dishes. Walk around to assist with checking and revision discussions.
