Enjoy a video about Jackson’s daily routine. 2. Discussion: Do you think Jackson’s life is healthy? Why or why not？ Answer:Yes，I think Jackson’s life is healthy. He gets up early and go to bed early；He has three meals a day；He play sports in the morning. Step 2 Before-reading(1a) Work on 1a 1. Show two photos of Timo and ask students to guess where he is from and what they want to know about him Step 3 While-reading(1b~1d) 1.Ask students to read the text quickly and choose a suitable title for it.
