And just as I got out of my car to move it away, I saw a man on the other side of the road running towards the same rock. I watched him lift it up and put it in his truck. Shi Xiaolong saw a girl in white in the water. The girl was in a very dangerous situation. He knew he had to act right away. He quickly took off his shoes and ran to the river, taking off his clothes as he ran. He jumped right into the cold river and swam quickly to reach the girl. “Don’t be afraid,” he said, as he turned her over and supported (托住) her head above the water. He then swam back to the riverbank.
When they got to the riverbank, the girl wasn’t breathing. Shi Xiaolong remembered his first aid training he had learned in the army. So he did that to the girl. After a minute, the girl coughed, took a breath, and her eyes opened. Shi Xiaolong and the other people there helped send the girl to the hospital.

The 6-kilometertraffic jam happened after two trailers got stuck in the snow on January
Japan’s Meteorological Agency forecast up to 60 centimeters of snow for the Tohoku region in the 24 hours before January 26,可知,在1月26日之前的24小时内,即1月25日,东北地区将出现降雪。
