kinds of questions. ChatGPT uses a much bigger
database(数据库)for training than Siri or other chat
robots. It also uses stronger software and hardware to
learn things by itself.“It's a totally different thing,
computer scientist Liu Xiaoguang from Nankai
University told Tianjin Daily. The knowledge level of
ChatGPT is similar to that of a university graduate.
That's why it shocked the world.
According to a US survey, over 89 percent of
students have used ChatGPT to help with homework.
Some schools in the US, Australia and France have
stopped the use of ChatGPT. There are some worries
that the tool could make it easier for students to cheat
on schoolwork. Some also worry that ChatGPT could be
used to spread wrong information.“It does not build
critical-thinking(批判性思维)and problem-solving
skills, which are necessary for students'development,”
said Jenna Lyle from New York City Department of
Education.
However, not all educators say“no” to
ChatGPT. Some Canadian universities are making rules
on its use,for both students and teachers. They have no
plans to completely stop the tool. Bhaskar Vira, from
the University of Cambridge in the UK, thinks that it is
not good to stop AI software like ChatGPT. We have to
know that AI is a tool people will use," he added.

the topic?
A.By comparing facts.
B.By telling stories.

c. It won't give people wrong answers.

( )3.What does Jenna Lyle think of ChatGPT?
A.ChatGPT helps people become successful
easily.
B.ChatGPT is not good for the students'
development.

tool.

Google Maps has improved a lot
over the years, making the jump from
computers to phones and adding a ton
of cool features along the way. In
February 2023,Google Maps put out Google Maps
its Immersive View(沉浸式视图). It uses AI and
pictures from Google Maps to create a 3D map of a
city. It allows people to see inside buildings or have a
bird's eye view of the city. It's perfect for planning a
trip or just searching for fun. However, that's just one
fun way to use Google Maps. 5._
See changes over time.
In Street View, Google Maps allows users to look
back at older pictures of the same place. If the older
pictures are available, you may see a little clock in
Street View. Or, it might say“See more dates”.
6.
Find your car.
If finding a parking space is a good feeling,
forgetting where you parked later on is quite the
opposite. Google Maps can help. When you have
parked, tap on the blue circle that shows your location.
7.
8.
If you know you're going to be in an area where
the Internet isn't very good, you can save a map to use
offline. Enter the name of a place on your phone, and
select Download offline map . Then youll find your
saved map easily and use it freely.
A. Use Maps offline.
B.You can search something interesting to relax.
C. Choose either one to see how the area has changed.
D.Here are three more that you might be interested in.
E.Choose“Save parking”and find it later by tapping
the search box.

worked hard all year round. At the same time they
usually found it difficult to solve problems like 11
diseases and pests(害虫). Now there have been big
changes in farming. For example, in Dayi County,
Sichuan Province, there are 13 digital farms with AI

Four great inventions in ancient China are
important symbols of the country. Now China has new
four great inventions : high-speed trains, mobile
payment, online shopping and bike sharing. They are
changing people's lives in China and maybe all over the
world.
High-speed trains
By the end of 2016,China had the world's largest
high-speed railway network. More than 2,500 high-
speed trains are running across China each day. Lin
Jinlong, an overseas student from Cambodia, shared
his experience of travelling by Chinese high-speed train
from Beijing to Tianjin. The two cities are over 100 km
away, but the trip took only about half an hour. That
was amazing!”Lin said.
Mobile payment
Mobile payment has become a part of Chinese
people's everyday life. It makes their lives much more
convenient. “My wallet is no longer in use. I can buy
and eat anything with my smart phone," said Lin,
Even vegetable sellers are using mobile payment.
Online shopping
You are out if you have never shopped online.
Now you can buy almost everything from websites, and
get what you've bought within days. China's online
shopping makes many foreigners feel both excited and
surprised.

时文阅读
The rise of AI doctors is no longer a
story from future films. It's really
happening now. In different areas of
China, we can clearly see how smart
machines are bringing big changes to the
medical field.
In February 2025,Beijing Children's Hospital
surprised many by using the country's first AI doctor for
kids. This was a difficult medical case. An 8-year-old
boy suddenly became very ill. The doctors couldn't
explain why. They also found a tumour(肿瘤)in his
head. Thirteen top experts tried hard to find the best
treatment. At the same time, the AI quickly checked
the boy's health records and signs. It learned from lots
of data from over 300 pediatricians(儿科医生). In
just a few minutes, it suggested an operation plan that
matched what human doctors thought. What's more,it
could quickly find the newest medical studies, which
helped to find the problem faster.
In Shandong,a couple worried when their child
had a high temperature. They tried DeepSeek. After
sharing blood test results, the AI said it was likely a
germ infection(细菌感染)and advised medicine.
Later, the hospital doctor gave the same medicine,
even the amount(剂量)was the same.
Even in places with fewer medical tools, like
small clinics in Wuhan and rural areas in Shandong.
AI is helping. In Wuhan, hospitals now use AI to
study CT photos in less than a minute. Before, it took
hours. In rural areas in Shandong, AI systems help
patients talk about their health problems, and even
help disabled people move around hospitals.
These examples show two key things AI can do
help top doctors make better decisions and make
healthcare easier for everyone. However, some still
discuss its limits. As one doctor said, AI gives ideas,
but human care and thinking are stillneeded.”
( )1.How did AI help the boy in Beijing?
A.Invented a new medicine.
B.Taught medical tools use.
C. Replaced the human doctors.
D.Suggested an operation plan.
( )2.Why did the Shandong parents trust AI?
A.The AI was cheaper than hospitals.
B.The doctor gave the same medicine.
C.The AI could make the child healthy again.
D.The parents didn't want to see a real doctor.
( )3.What does the example of Shandong villages
tell us about Al?
A.AI is only useful in big cities.
B.AI helps patients in hospitals.
C.AI can make all medical tools.
D.AI can work without the Internet.
( )4. What is the doctor's opinion about AI in the
last paragraph?
A.AI will replace human doctors completely.
B.AI is useless without human thought.
C.AI provides ideas but needs human care.
D.AI willsolve all medical problems alone.
( )5. What is the main purpose of the article?
A.To discuss how AI doctors replace human
doctors.
B.To describe AI's changes to medical care in
China.
C. To talk about the problems AI caused in
hospitals.
D.To list all kinds of diseases treated by AI
doctors.
