Live a healthy life
Spring is coming. However, the approach of spring not only brings warm weather, but also provides the opportunity for the flu to spread. So it is important for us to prevent sickness. Here are some suggestions.
First, you should form some good daily habits instead of lying in bed all day. Exercising is undoubtedly a wise choice that can help you fight off disease. And how about having a balanced diet? Try to eat more fruit and vegetables. You can start with a delicious salad. By the way, you’d better go to bed early rather than stay up late.
Second, it’s of great importance to be optimistic. I bet happiness works better than any medicine. Keeping a positive attitude is good for your mental health.
Last but not least, don’t be afraid of illness! If you follow the tips above, you can probably prevent yourself from getting sick. It’s not hard to stay healthy, even during the flu season.

After being home from school for four days, I finally felt better and returned to my classroom. My teacher, Mrs Jenkins, gave me the science test I had missed earlier. “You are what you eat.” Nutrition experts often use this saying to improve better eating habits.
To many people, hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken and pizza are their favorites. It’s true that many Americans do eat those “junk food”. But others choose more healthy eating habits. Some even go “all natural”. They refuse to eat any food prepared with chemicals or additives(添加物).
What we put in our mouths does become a part of us. To have a healthy diet, you may need to make some changes. Changing your eating habits a little bit at a time may be easier and it can lead to better health. Here are some ways for you:
Keep more fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products(乳制品)and whole-grain foods at home and at work.
Try to eat a family meal every day at the dining table. This will help you focus on eating healthy meals and let you control what you eat.
Pack a healthy lunch and snacks for work. Put your snacks on a plate instead of eating from the package. This helps you control how much you eat.
Don’t skip or miss meals, and be sure to list your snacks. If you don’t feel hungry, you may end up choosing an unhealthy snack. If you often feel too hungry, it can cause you to focus a lot on food. Eat your meals with others when you can. That can make you feel relaxed and enjoy your meals, and don’t eat too fast. Try to make healthy eating a pleasure, not a chore.
66.The saying ________ is often mentioned by nutrition experts.
A.“You are what you eat” B.“What we put in our mouths does become a part of”

C.five D.six
69.The writer suggests eating a family meal every day because ________.
A.this will help you control how much you eat B.this will help you keep more fruits and vegetables
C.this will help you focus on eating healthy meals D.this will help to list your snacks
70.According to the writer, you will feel ________ when you eat your meals with others.

In my classroom last Thursday, I sat next to a girl who was coughing. I covered my mouth to protect myself from the cold. However, the moment I got home, I knew those germs (细菌) had got to me. While at home I slept most of the day. When I woke up, I tried to study for my science test. However, I couldn’t stay awake (醒着的) long enough to study. At that moment, resting was more important than studying.
