But now there's another holiday, Second－hand Sunday, which you can add to the list. It is the idea of Poshmark, a social marketplace that lets users buy and sell second－hand clothing online. Second－hand Sunday, which took place on November 27th, 2022, came at an especially good time: first, an increase in the prices of things is forcing many people to look for ways to save money; second, people are disposed to receive second－hand gifts. Over 90% of American adults say they would like to get a second－hand gift but only 34% are likely to buy second－hand gifts for others. Amber McCasland said, “Our team saw a chance to change traditional holiday shopping patterns(模式).
