介绍一次学校运动会
Our school held a sports meet last Friday on the
playground. It was a sunny day, and all students were
excited about it.
Many students took part in different events. Some ran
100-meter and 800-meter races, showing their speed and
endurance. Others joined the long jump and high jump,
trying their best to jump farther or higher. There were
also relay races, where classmates worked together as
teams.I participated in the 400-meter race. Before the
start, I felt a bit nervous, but my classmates cheered for
me loudly. When the gun fired, I ran as fast as I could.
Though I didn’t win the first place, I was happy because I
tried my best.

The sports meet was a great success. It not only made
us exercise but also taught us the spirit of teamwork. We
all had a wonderful time.

自我介绍
Hi, I’m Zhang Ke. Nice to meet you all! You can reach
me if you want to chat.
I live with my parents and a little sister. My dad is a
teacher, mom a doctor, and my sister, 8, loves drawing—
her works fill our fridge! My room is small but cozy: a
bookshelf by the window holds my favorite novels, and
there’s a guitar in the corner, which I’ve been learning for
a year.Friends say I’m easygoing and always ready to help.
My family teases me for being “the most patient listener”
at home. Looking to make new friends who share hobbies
like reading or music.
Feel free to call me!

What Changes I Have Had
How time flies! Almost more than two years has quickly
passed since I came to the high school. I find I have
changed a lot.
In terms of personality, I used to be shy and silent. I
rarely spoke in class or joined group activities. But now,
I’m more outgoing. I often take part in class discussions
and even organize small study groups with classmates,
which helps me make many friends.
In study, I was once lazy and always put off homework.
Now, I’ve formed a good habit of planning my time. I
preview lessons before class and review them after, which
makes my grades improve greatly.
These changes make me better. In the new term, I’ll

keep working hard to become more excellent.
