My Strength Journey
After being sick, I felt weak and hated to exercise. My dad said, “Let’s try swimming!” At first, the water made me nervous and afraid. My dad stayed by my side, encouraging me to practice kicking and breathing slowly. Bit by bit, I grew braver, daring to swim a short distance on my own. When I finally swam across the pool end by myself, I felt a rush of pride and excitement. We went twice a week. Also I ate eggs and vegetables for energy. Now I laugh more and sleep better. Weakness doesn’t last—small steps make you stronger!
