This is my video diary. 雪山、都市、大熊猫、川菜、火锅、变脸，这是成都麻将、茶馆、说唱。这也是成都连续六年新一线城市榜首，连续13年最具幸福感城市、首批最佳旅游城市。没错，这都是成都。自元朝后，成都不再是安定的大后方，频繁的战乱、屠杀以及瘟疫一度让城市人口锐减。于是，从元末一直到抗日战争期间，来自湖广和其他省份的移民开始大规模进入成都，让成都的人口结构发生了前所未有的变化。移民们带来了不同的建筑，大地主们建起超级庄园，客家人建起宏伟的土楼，满族人按照北方的习惯建起类似胡同的宽窄巷子。移民们也带来了不同的饮食，创造出平民化的川菜，比如火锅、兔头、串串香、锅盔、抄手、担担面、夫妻肺片、伤心凉粉、麻婆豆腐。总而言之，无论是达官贵人，还是贩夫走卒，都能在这里大快朵颐。来自五湖四海的人们，最终在成都这个熔炉中被塑造为全新的成都人。他们让茶馆遍布城市的各个角落，三教九流皆可在此喝茶聊天，不讲等级，也无需礼仪。他们让麻将成为全民运动，无论男女老少，无论高低贵贱，麻将桌构成了成都最大的社交网络。底层文化的兴盛，又使得成都的小商品经济越发繁荣。到了清末民国时期，川军将领杨森在成都修建了一条新式马路森威路，这里聚集了浙江、北京、四川等各地商帮，集中了成都约七成的商业资本。而它今天的名字更加广为人知，这就是春熙路。千千万万个市井小民，他们中的多数人甚至没有留下名字，却共同推动了成都的繁荣，也让成都成为了一个极具包容性的城市。 Would you like some vegetables?
