His curiosity led him to invent the lightning rod.”，讲解 to - infinitive 和 - ing 作宾语在写作中的应用，强调正确使用语法结构可以使文章表达更准确、丰富。让学生用这两种语法结构进行简单的句子改写练习，如将 “He wanted to know more about space.
