discover 指本来存在的东西被发现的过程。find 强调在经过 “寻找” 后 “找的结果” (找到或没找到),也可表示 “(偶然地)发现……”。find out 查明;弄清。invent 发明;创造。指原来不存在而后来创造的过程。

3.because of和because用法辨析
(1)because of后跟名词、代词、名词短语、v.ing。
(2)because后跟句子,构成原因状语从句。
【典型例句】①I didn't enjoy the trip very much, partly because of the weather. 我旅行过得不太愉快,部分是因为天气。
②I didn't buy the bike because it was too expensive. 我没有买那辆自行车,因为它太贵了。

4.as well, too, also和either都意为 “也”,但用法有区别。
(1)as well用于肯定句,通常位于句尾,强调时可位于句中,但一般不用逗号与前面的内容分开。
(2)too多用于口语,语气较轻。常用于肯定句句尾,其前常有逗号。
(3)also用于肯定句,一般放在be动词、助动词和情态动词之后,行为动词之前。
(4)either只用于否定句,置于句尾,且前面常有逗号。

5.look up (在词典、参考书中或通过电脑)查阅;抬头看。是 “动词+副词” 结构的短语,名词(短语)作其宾语时,该名词(短语)放在up的前后皆可;代词作其宾语时,只能放在look和up之间。如:look it up。
【拓展】look for 寻找;look after 照顾;look like 看起来像;look forward to 期待;look down向下看;look at=have a look at 看。

6. “find it+adj.+to do sth.” 意为 “发现做某事是……”,it作find的形式宾语,find真正的宾语是后面的动词不定式短语。与find这一用法相似的动词还有:think, make, keep, believe和feel。
【典型例句】①I found it important to learn spoken English. 我发现学习英语口语是很重要的。
②She found it difficult not to use the Internet during her study. 她发现学习过程中很难不使用互联网。

7.so… that… 和so that… 的用法
(1)so… that… 引导结果状语从句。so后接形容词或者副词的原级形式,that后跟句子。
(2)so that… 引导目的状语从句,意为 “为了;以便”。in order to… 也表示 “为了;以便”,但其后直接接动词原形。可与so that… 句型互换。
【典型例句】①The bag is so heavy that I can't carry it. 这个袋子太重了,我提不动。

It's very easy. You can do it while exercising, waiting in line, and so on.
Disadvantage:
