一般过去时表示过去某个时间里发生的动作或状态;
还可以表示过去习惯性、经常性的动作和行为
一般过去时的含义
判断依据:
(1)be动词是was/were;
(2)动词加ed;
(3)有表示过去的时间状语,
如:just now, yesterday, last week, three days ago等。
一般过去时用法:
1、过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态;
我刚刚拜访了我的朋友。
I visited my friend just now.
2、过去习惯性、经常性的动作行为;
我去年每周看一次电影。
I saw a film once a week last year.

3、过去主语具备的能力和性格。
我10岁时会游泳。
I could swim when I was 10.

① 和 yesterday(昨天)相关: yesterday morning, yesterday evening
例句:They went to the zoo yesterday.
他们昨天去了动物园。

1.be动词型:
主语+ was/were + 其他.
例句:It was rainy yesterday.
昨天是雨天。

① 通常在词尾直接加-ed,
如:work - worked, play - played
② 以不发音的 -e 结尾,在词尾加 -d,
如:live- lived, like - liked
③ 以“辅音字母 + y” 结尾的动词,去y变i,再加-ed,
如: study-studied , try - tried

④ 以重读闭音节结尾且末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词,先双写这个辅音字母,再加ed
