通过本课学习,我能够:
1.准确识别并解释文章中三个饮食误区(Myth 1-3)及其对应的科学事实(Fact),总结三条饮食规则。
2. 完成饮食宝塔设计(参考PPT中的层级要求和评分表),并给其他同学提出创新性改进建议。

课前学习任务
