动词不定式的构成及其句法作用。
(1) 动词不定式的肯定结构:to do。
(2) 动词不定式的否定形式:not to do 。
(3) 动词不定式在句中可作:主语、宾语、主语补足语、语补足语 和 状语。
(4) 动词不定式 (短语) 可以放在一些动词后面作宾语,常见的接动词不定式作宾语的动词有hope, want, decide, would like 等。例如:
We don’t want to spend too much money. 我们不想花费太多钱。
(5) 动词不定式作宾语补足语,表示宾语所做的动作,常见跟动词不定式作宾语补足语的动词有 tell, allow, ask等。例如:
Mr. Li asked the students to copy the text. 李老师让学生们抄写课文。
(6) 在let, make, have等使役动词或感官动词后作宾语补足语的动词不定式一般要省略“to”。例如:Let the boy go out now. 让那个男孩现在出去。
