They are flying kites. 他们正在放风等 Grammar Grammar 动词ing的变化规则： 1）一般在词尾直接加ing；fly-flying；wash-washing; sleep-sleeping 2）以不发音e结尾的动词，去e加ing；live-living；make-making 3）以重读闭音节结尾，呈现“辅-元-辅”结构的动词，双写尾字母加ing。swim-swimming，run-running，shop-shopping Grammar 动词ing形式的构成口诀 动词ing形式用途多，进行时态不可缺。 词尾若有哑音e，去e再加ing。 一般重读闭音节，末尾字母要双写。 还有一点要注意，变ie为y再加-ing l结尾要注意，重读不同特殊记。 描述某人正在做某事  My father is cleaning the car.我爸爸正在擦车。 主语+be+动词-ing形式(+其他) 【重点解析】现在进行时表示此时此刻正在进行或发生的动作，常与now(现在)， at this moment(此刻)等时间状语连用。在现在进行时中，be要随主语人称和数的变化而变化。助动词，不能翻译为“是”。 例：-Hello，Amy.
