2.掌握核心句型:

3.能熟练运用所学语言询问并说明原因。
二、教学重、难点
1.教学重点:掌握本课重点单词和核心句型。
2.教学难点:熟练运用四种时态(一般现在时、现在进行时、、一般将来时、一般过去式)询问并说明原因。
三、教学过程:
Step 1 Greetings and lead in
1.Greetings:老师和学生互相问好。
Sing a song: WHY,WHY,WHY…(歌曲热身)
2.结合PPT复习句型: Why are you …? Because….
Step 2 Presentation
教师板书并告诉学生:Today we’ll learn Module 8 Unit 2 Why are you wearing a hat?
1. Watch and answer:(教师播放Unit 2活动1动画,学生回答问题。)Why are they here?
(Because they are playing hide-and-seek.)
复习词语: hide-and-seek捉迷藏,play hide-and-seek玩捉迷藏。
2. Listen and read.
3.Today they are wearing different clothes,Why? Let's have a look.(引入新课)
4.Listen and underling “why” and “ Because”(播放Unit 2活动2 视频,学生划出重点单词。)
5.Listen and judge T or F.(播放Unit 2活动2 音频,学生根据课文内容判断正误,并说明错误原因。)
(1)Tom is wearing a raincoat because it's going to rain.(T)
(2)Lingling is wearing a hat because it's going to be windy.(F windy--sunny)
(3)Sam is wearing a T-shirt because he is going to play football.(F football--basketball)
(4)Amy is wearing a dress because she is going to the theatre.(T)
5.Teach new word:raincoat雨衣。
(1)rain(下雨)+coat(外套)=raincoat
(2)Match and say.
6. listen and fill.(播放Unit 2活动2 音频,学生听音填空。)
6. Tips.
(1)Words about the weather:
sunny,windy,cloudy,warm,hot,cold,rain,snow.
(2) 区别形容词和动词的用法:
动词能直接作谓语;形容词要放在be 动词后作表语。
It will + 动词原形 +其它
It will be +形容词 +其它
It’s going to + 动词原形 +其它
It’s going to + be +形容词 +其它
(3) Look and say。(学生运用句型描述各种天气情况。)
7.Listen and read.(播放音频,学生跟读课文。)
8.Role play.(请学生两人一组,进行角色扮演。然后在全班展示。)
9.请学生看图复述课文。
(1)抽生回答。
(2)全班一起复述。

(3)Why is she smiling ? Because she is happy.
(4)Why is he eating a hot dog? Because he is hungry.

Step 6 Homework
基础性作业:
跟读模仿课文录音3遍的情况。
发展性作业:
和同伴用“Why”和“Because”互相询问原因并回答,并写出2个问答句子。
