British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said these clubs would help parents no longer be limited by rigid school hours. The breakfast clubs offer 30 minutes of morning care for children. This is part of a pilot program that will run until July. The government plans to expand it nationwide, as promised in last year's Labour manifesto. "We're going further and faster to deliver the change working families deserve. That's the change this Government was elected to deliver."Starmer called the launch a "game - changing moment." He said the clubs give parents more flexibility. They can manage the morning rush better, attend work meetings or doctor's appointments, or do errands（差事）.
