Step1:Lead-in
1. Greet with the students and divide the students into four groups.

②To find out the topic sentence of each paragraph and simplify the topic sentence.

2. Careful-reading:精读
(1)Read para.1 and find out the origins and spirit of festivals.
(2)Read para.2-4 and finish the mind-map.
(3)Analyze each paragraph individually
(4)Critical thinking: Express your thoughts about the following phenomenon: Festival customs have already faded away. Festivals are becoming more and more commercial.
