Ⅲ.阅读理解
Kit Chen, a 30-year-old food blogger, came to Beijing 8 years ago.
At weekends, he always walks through different hutongs to find hole-in-
the-wall restaurants(苍蝇小馆). “The vegetables for dishes are often
bought early in the morning from local markets, so the dishes taste
pretty good,” he said.
Hole-in-the-wall restaurants are getting popular in China. According
to Hubei Daily, these restaurants focus more on delicious food over
9
decoration(装饰) or service. Though they have long served as the
“canteen” of their surrounding neighborhoods, these restaurants have
gradually disappeared from the busy streets as more high buildings are
built.
Now,hole-in-the-wall restaurants are often found in the corners of
small lanes and alleys(小巷) in different parts of a city. The most
popular ones usually have a history of more than 20 years and are run
as family businesses.
Wang Hongjie,a 16-year-old student in Sichuan, likes the
experience of eating at hole-in-the-wall restaurants. “Due to the limited
space, diners at those restaurants usually need to eat meals with strangers
at the same table. This gives people a chance to talk with each other,”
she said. “But at big restaurants, diners just quietly enjoy their meals.
It's boring.”
Even so, Zou Zhiping,a professor at Hubei University of
Economics, said that food safety and hygiene(卫生) are possible
problems at hole-in-the-wall restaurants. To solve these problems, Zou
suggested that the local government provide training and support for these
restaurants.

We can take some bread and drinks as well as some fruit to

At last, we will take photos together to remember this meaningful
day.
What's more, we should remember to protect the grass, flowers
