Besides, the Ne Zha series creates many classic lines. For example, “My fate (命运) is mine to decide! Whether I’m a demon (魔) or a god, it’s up to me!” “Born a demon, so what? If fate is unjust (不公平), I’ll fight it to the end!” 26. When did people see Ne Zha 1? A. In 2018. B. In 2019. C. In 2020. D. In 2021. 27. These trends (趋势) show how people want to find meaningful experiences. Have fun at night As the world gets hotter, many people find it uncomfortable to go out during the day, especially in summer. They enjoy going to places to do fun activities in the cooler evenings. While most activities have something to do with the night sky, others happen on the ground, such as city tours at night and full moon picnics by the sea. Keys to living longer In 2025, more people will plan their trips around activities that help them live longer, according to Booking. com. For example, people will go to places that offer red light therapy to visitors. The therapy uses red light to help make skin look better. Studies show that connecting with others makes people healthier, so many travel locations have introduced activities like group hikes. Smaller and less famous Sometimes when you are traveling, going a different way and finding cool places can be fun. Detour (绕道) travel means going to smaller, less famous places close to the main sites and spending time there. All right, we’ll take you to the train station. We’re going up to London tomorrow anyway, or I wouldn’t bother.” Harry woke at five o’ clock the next morning and checked his list again to make sure he had everything he needed. He saw that Hedwig was shut safely in the cage and then paced the room, waiting for his uncle to get up. Finally, they reached the train station at half past ten. Uncle Vernon faced the platforms with a nasty grin (歪着嘴笑) on his face. “Well, there you are — platform nine and platform ten. Your platform should be somewhere in the middle, but they don’t seem to have built it yet, do they? Have a good term,” said Uncle Vernon with an even nastier smile. He left without another word. Harry had to ask someone, but no one knew until he met a kind lady and some boys. She told Harry, “Don’t worry. All you have to do is to walk straight at the wall between platforms nine and ten. However, DeepSeek-R1, a new AI model developed by a Chinese company DeepSeek, has rocked the world because of its strong abilities of solving problems and lower cost. Since DeepSeek can deal with different problems, let’s ask it some questions about itself. How do you actually “learn” things? Think of me as a super-focused student! I look at a lot of data—like billions of books, articles, or chat logs—to spot patterns. My designers keep updating (更新) the data. My “learning” is limited to the data. I’m different to humans in that I do not “understand” ideas through feelings; I predict how things are connected using math. Can you create art or music? Interestedly enough, Yes! I create art by mixing styles I have “studied”. Take music as an example. I can make music by studying chord progressions (和弦进行) from different types of songs. But here’s the catch: I can’t “feel” the joy of creating—it’s all pattern-matching. That’s why it’s fun when humans and AI work together: you bring your ideas and I add choices. Should people trust everything you say? No. People shouldn’t blindly trust everything I say. I am a mirror of my training information. It could include one-side ideas and mistakes. For example, if my sources (资源) wrongly say “pigs can fly”, I will give you this wrong answer. I am just a tool—it is important for you to keep curious and thinking about everything. 37. What does the underlined word “catch” mean in Dialogue Box 4 (对话框4) in the passage? 38. How does DeekSeek-R1 learn? A. By always searching the Internet. B. By talking to its designers. C. By getting updating data. D. By reading. 39. DeepSeek-Rl can ________ if you want to paint a picture. A. show you a colourful picture B. teach you how to buy paint C. show you ideas about how to paint the picture D. suggest an art course for you 40. Which statement about Deepseek-R1 is True according to the passage? A. It can learn everything it wants. B. It can understand ideas through feelings. C. We can trust everything it says. D. Its answers are based on its data. B 38. C 39. C 40. I create art by mixing styles I have ‘studied’. Take music as an example. I can make music by studying chord progressions from different types of songs. But here’s the catch: I can’t ‘feel’ the joy of creating—it’s all pattern-matching.” 根据“I look at a lot of data—like billions of books, articles, or chat logs—to spot patterns. My designers keep updating the data.” 根据“I create art by mixing styles I have ‘studied’.” 根据“I look at a lot of data—like billions of books, articles, or chat logs—to spot patterns. My designers keep updating (更新) the data. My ‘learning’ is limited to the data.” Many users from the US joined Xiaohongshu in January, and some of them shared photos of their cats. Why should people keep a healthy weight? Because fatness can cause serious problems like heart diseases or diabetes. Some overweight people may lose confidence because they are laughed at by others. (While people who are too thin are easily to fall ill and weakness is also harmful to their health.) How can we keep a healthy weight? Here are some useful tips. First, eat a balanced diet. We should eat more vegetables, fruits instead of junk food like hamburgers and sweets. Second, exercise regularly. Doing sports such as running, swimming, or playing basketball helps burn calories. Even walking for 30 minutes every day can make a difference. Third, get enough sleep. Staying up late can lead to weight gain, so we should sleep for at least 8 hours each night. In my opinion, small daily changes can make a big difference. If everyone takes action, we can have healthier lives. [亮点词汇] ①pay attention to关注;注意 ②cause引起;导致 ③balanced diet均衡饮食 ④regularly有规律地;经常地 ⑤make a difference有影响;起作用 [高分句型] ①Because fatness can cause serious problems like heart diseases or diabetes.(使用“because”引导原因状语从句,清晰解释人们要控制体重的原因。) ②Doing sports such as running, swimming, or playing basketball helps burn calories.(动名词短语“Doing sports”作主语,使句子结构丰富,准确表达运动的作用。) 1. Don’t stop and don’t be scared, and you’ll crash into it.” 33. What is the platform number mentioned on Harry’s ticket? A. Platform nine. B. Platform ten. C. Platform nine and three-quarters. D. Many users from the US joined Xiaohongshu in January, and some of them shared photos of their cats.
